ENGLISH CONTENT

Hello to all the members of this community! On July 22, I was invited to witness what would be the first public presentation of the rock band "The misfits", to which my two younger brothers belong, @maisugar who is not only learning to play the cello, but he has a beautiful voice and my brother Steve, of whom I am extremely proud, because he learned to play the electric guitar in a self-taught way. At all times, I have supported my brothers as I can and I have seen through the years, their passion for music. Now that my sister is part of the nucleus of the orchestra of the town where they live and my brother works hard to improve and carry out his musical projects, so he couldn't help but make an appearance at his performances.

Why "misfits"? My sister told me that everyone in the band feels somewhat uncomfortable or displaced in the musical environment they are currently in, including my younger brother Steve, he ended up preferring to learn to play the guitar on his own since no one wanted to teach him. "because of their age", since the teachers prefer to impart knowledge only to the youngest; as well as another member, a violin prodigy, is somewhat misunderstood for his intense commitment to the instrument. So these young people, with the same feeling of not feeling "part of the system", ended up joining at first just for friendship and then the idea of trying to form a band was born to be able to play the style of music they wanted. And knowing my brothers, they chose rock. In town, my family is known for being a bit quaint, they call us "the outsiders" haha but that doesn't bother us, it just means that we unintentionally fell out of the mold and became "misfits".

For that performance held on Saturday at 4:00 pm, the public library Argimiro Gabaldón lent its space for free, the presentation of musical bands to the delight of the public who wished to attend. All this not only to offer some entertainment, but also to promote the entry of new members to the town's musical nucleus, where completely free classes are offered for children and young people who are willing to learn to play an instrument. Well, my brothers' band, they were the opening act for the main band, but instead of putting them off, it injected them with a kind of competitive spirit, to show the main band that was playing that evening, what a true rock band was.

In this way, I witnessed in the first row the display of energy by my brothers and the rest of the band in their opening performance. They performed two songs from the Wizard of Oz band, the first being "Fiesta pagana", performed acoustically through an impressive violin solo that gave me goosebumps, since the violinist of the band The misfits is a very talented young man who, despite not reaching the age of majority, reveals his level of dedication and passion when playing the instrument. I couldn't help but be captivated by the way he made his presentation and of course at the end, the loud applause did not wait for the mastery of this young talent.

The song in which my two brothers participated is called "La costa del silencio", being able to not only see my sister, the vocalist, perform in a natural and fun way on stage, but also the headbanging from my brother, who is head shaking carried away by the rhythm of rock music. My brother has super long hair, so seeing him headbanging while playing the electric guitar was mesmerizing and of course, the audience went crazy to see him ha ha especially some rockers who had come to the library when they heard the electric guitar playing during the sound test.

When finished, the main band began to play the songs they had prepared. It was a nice presentation on their part, but they couldn't compare to the vitality given off by The Misfits ha ha it's not just because my brothers are with them, but because you can tell that the boys really have fun being together and that can be seen see in their backstage interactions. Once the event was over, their effusion and joy was noticeable, beginning to make preparations to rehearse and improve as a band. Really seeing my brothers together sharing in this way made me very happy and I hope with all my heart that everything goes well in the projects they have in mind. I hope to be able to attend your next presentations and make them bars as they deserve.

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de ésta comunidad! El día 22 de Julio, fui invitada a presenciar lo que sería la primera presentación en público de la banda de rock "Los inadaptados", a la cual pertenecen mis dos hermanos menores, @maisugar quién no sólo está aprendiendo a tocar el violonchelo, sino que tiene una preciosa voz y mi hermano Steve, de quién me siento sumamente orgullosa, pues aprendió a tocar la guitarra eléctrica de forma autodidacta. En todo momento, he apoyado a mis hermanos como puedo y he visto a través de los años, su pasión por la música. Ahora que mi hermana forma parte del núcleo de la orquesta del pueblo en donde viven y mi hermano, trabaja arduamente para mejorar y sacar adelante sus proyectos musicales, así que no podría más que hacer acto de presencia a sus actuaciones.

¿Por qué "inadaptados"? Mi hermana me comentó que todos los que conforman la banda, se sienten un tanto incómodos o desplazados en el ambiente musical en donde se encuentran actualmente, inclusive mi hermano menor Steve, acabó prefiriendo aprender a tocar la guitarra por su cuenta dado que nadie quería enseñarle "por su edad", siendo que los profesores prefieren impartir conocimientos sólo a los más pequeños; así como otro integrante, un prodigio de violín, es un tanto incomprendido por su intenso compromiso con el instrumento. De modo que estos jóvenes, con el mismo sentimiento de no sentirse "parte del sistema", acabaron uniéndose al principio sólo por amistad y seguidamente, nació la idea de intentar formar una banda para poder tocar el estilo de música que ellos quisieran. Y conociendo a mis hermanos, escogieron el rock. En el pueblo, mi familia es conocida por ser algo pintoresca, nos llaman "los extraños" ja ja pero eso no nos molesta, simplemente significa que sin querer, nos salimos del molde y nos volvimos "inadaptados".

Para aquella actuación realizada el día sábado a las 4:00 pm, la biblioteca pública Argimiro Gabaldón prestó su espacio para que de manera gratuita, se realizara la presentación de bandas musicales para el deleite del público que desease asistir. Todo esto no sólo para ofrecer algo de entretenimiento, sino para promover el ingreso de nuevos miembros al núcleo musical del pueblo, en donde se ofrece clases completamente gratuitas para niños y jóvenes que estén dispuestos a aprender a tocar un instrumento. Bueno, la banda de mis hermanos, fueron los teloneros para la banda principal, pero eso en lugar de desanimarlos, los inyectó de una especie de espíritu competitivo, para demostrarles a la banda principal que tocaría esa tarde, lo que era una verdadera banda rock.

De esa forma, fui testigo en primera fila del despliegue de energía por parte de mis hermanos y el resto de la banda en su presentación de apertura. Ejecutaron dos canciones de la banda Mago de Oz, siendo la primera "Fiesta pagana", realizada de forma acústica a través de un impresionante solo de violín que me erizó la piel, pues el violinista de la banda Los inadaptados, es un joven talentosísimo que a pesar de no llegar a la mayoría de edad, desprende su nivel de entrega y pasión al tocar el instrumento. No pude evitar quedar prendada por el modo en que hizo su presentación y por supuesto al terminar, los fuertes aplausos no se hicieron esperar ante la maestría de éste joven talento.

La canción en la que participaron mis dos hermanos se llama "La costa del silencio", pudiendo no sólo ver a mi hermana, la vocalista, desempeñarse de forma natural y divertida en el escenario, sino también el headbanging por parte de mi hermano, el cual es la sacudida de cabeza llevado por el ritmo de la música rock. Mi hermano tiene el cabello súper largo, así que verlo realizar el headbanging mientras tocaba la guitarra eléctrica fue hipnotizante y por supuesto, el público enloqueció al verlo ja ja sobretodo unos roqueros que se habían acercado hasta la biblioteca al escuchar la guitarra eléctrica sonando durante la prueba de sonido.

Al terminar, la banda principal comenzó a tocar las canciones que tenían preparadas. Fue una linda presentación de su parte, pero no pudieron compararse a la vitalidad desprendida por parte de Los inadaptados ja ja no es sólo porque están mis hermanos con ellos, sino porque se nota que los chicos realmente se divierten de estar juntos y eso se puede ver en sus interacciones tras bambalinas. Una vez terminado el evento, se notaba su efusión y alegría, comenzando a hacer los preparativos para ensayar y mejorar como banda. Realmente ver a mis hermanos juntos compartiendo de ese modo, me hizo muy feliz y espero de todo corazón que todo salga bien en los proyectos que tienen pensados. Espero poder asistir a sus próximas presentaciones y hacerles barras como se merecen.

Para finalizar, les aconsejo que si un familiar o amistad, los invita a participar a una exposición de su emprendimiento o muestra de su talento, hagan lo posible por asistir, no saben lo importante que es para ellos el saber que sus seres queridos creen en sus sueños. Les aseguro que ver sus rostros llenos de ese brillo de orgullo hacia el aprecio de sus propios dones, no tiene comparación✨
