My Actifit Report Card: February 29 2024
I walk for health & enjoyment. As I get back to this activity, I would like to walk for a minimum of an hour each day & I'm shooting for 10,000 steps.
On This Walk......
My mind is always going, and one thing I'm constantly thinking about is getting that 2nd post in. It's hard enough just to do the one every day. Also, I spend alot of time thinking how to build my activity points before I post. It's going slow to me but it's going & I just have to be patient & not force more than I can handle.
The Music That Moves Me
As promised, I'm adding some of the music I listen to as I walk each day.
I will start with what's playing when I start, then what's playing about halfway through, & end with what brings me home.
On Feb 28 .......... I left at 7:22am an as I started out a song called
'Brother Man Get Hip' by 'Kid & Play' got me started. This song carries a slow and a fast beat that helps me move effortlessly.
About halfway through at 3363
Steps 'Get dancing' by 'Disco-Tex & His Sex-O-Lettes' was playing. This is a really older song that was big in clubs back in the day.
Finally I ended my walk with 6516 activity steps when I reached my front door at 8:20am, just 2 minutes shy of an hour.
The song that bought me home was 'How Long (Betcha Gotta Chick On The Side.
I will also have a day soon where I will do a double post, as I would like for my post to be on the day I do the goal & not a day behind.
