Today we are reflecting on our song "The only way" and this is quite a dark song, to be honest. There are lots of vocals and beatboxing in it.

At first glance you'd think this is about being bossy such as @stickupboys is the bossy SUB of all SUBs :) but in his defense, apparently, the other Stick Up Boys need to be bossed around or even get help from dear @traciyork who is the bossiest of bosses and very mean! Just kidding here, we love @traciyork!

And then there's the thing that it's actually more about the internal conversation with yourself, we probably all know how this feels. If you have a hard time, the internal struggle can be real. You can lower your self-esteem by telling yourself you're worthless while you actually need to encourage yourself instead. Once you're down and can't drop any further, the only way is up and you need to get yourself together to get there.
