Three tune Tuesday and "I got the poison"......what you got?

Introduction

@ablaze has been doing 3 tune Tuesday for quite a while and we love the idea of it and some of the posts @stickupmusic has been doing it but I though I would join in too. it is a great way to listen to new music which is always something we want to do!

Our picks

This week we are all about the Prodigy, an absolute inspiration on their production, sound and attitude! (here is the wiki about them https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prodigy) There breakbeat, elctro rock sound is so well made and produced I would be surprised if you don't know any of their tunes! Not only that they have some catch synth lines and compelling vocal hooks that should make anybody's playlist! To be honest this has been a hard choice only picking 3 but these are the free that mean the most to me.

Song 1

Do you get more iconic Prodigy than this. The video is awesome, the beat is awesome and the vocals do exactly what they say on the tin! Such a big tune and both hypnotic and aggressive. The big tuned kick on the 1 and then the the filters all over it making the whole tune move give this song a life of its own. This song can put you in a trance and make you feel unstoppable... love it!

Song 2

Breath is instantly recognisable from the opening and carries on! This tune has layers in it you should listen out for. The layers of drums and scratching are brilliant. Yet again the video matches the song so well with its no holes bared attitude!

Song 3

Now Poison in a song that brings back a lot of memories. We used to listen to this full volume in the car or van when we were going to shows. It always got us going and we used to always be split on 2 parts to do the vocals. We would often just say I got the poison at random times and wait from someone in the band to reply....it was almost like our secret code this song. You know you were family if they knew the response to "I got the poison".......
