Hey There Delilah - Week 158

This week's theme of covering the distance rings especially true for me at the moment, as a week on Monday I jump on a motorcycle and leave behind my loved ones for a few months, heading off in the direction of India.
I'll certainly miss one or two while I'm away, but in this small world we live in, we are only a text away, and I still hope to be posting whenever I get the chance, fortune permitting.
Anyway, for now I hope you like this rendition of 'Hey There Delilah'.

Thanks for listening.

Nice one mate. I know your trip has been a long time coming. I hope it goes smoothly and look forward to some reports from along the dusty road.

You should count on updates and hopefully a vid or two.
I'll let everyone have the Youtube link once I've put it together.

Hey Steve, I can understand how it feels to be aways from family to search for a better life. However, even at distance one should remember to always keep in touch.
You did excellently well with your video presentation. That was an excellent play of the instrument . Kudos friend

Thanks my friend.
I'm still going to try to post Open Mic entries while I'm away, depending on where I am at the time.

Beautiful work as usual, we are delighted with his voice timbre and ease of singing and playing. You are one of those people that make us want to grow in the world of music, if we had half of your talent we would be happy.

Thank you for participating in this week's Hive Open Mic. See you next time!

Touched by your comments, and really appreciate your words.
I do hope to post a fair few more from various locations on the tour, depending on access to the Internet where I will be at the time.
Next week will be my last post from the comfort of my home before setting off..
Thanks again.
Glad you enjoyed the song.
That's so much better than when they throw things.. ! (:

How come I missed this? It should be on my feed since I follow you. My bad. This song requires a good amount of vocal flexibility - congrats!

I have one more to post next week before I jump on the bike and head off on my travels.
Hope to post some while I'm away, but it depends on access to the Internet wherever I happen to be.
