Hello my friends, fellow musicians, and lovers of good music on hive. I hope this post finds you well. This is Stefanovah and I'm here for week 198 of our Hive Open Mic... For the week we have the theme Rebelión chosen by @rasecdus . Lots of great entries have come already as usual and I'm just here to contribute my two cents.

I saw a comment by @jesuslnrs on an entry where he said the outcome of a rebellion is not always a negative one but depends on the context, this shows that rebellion comes in different forms. According to the dictionary, Rebellion is the action or process of resisting authority, control, or convention. The last term Convention is the perspective I'm making my entry from, that is deviating from the usual... In my country Nigeria, word on the streets is that the motto for this year is "No gree for anybody" which means Don't settle for less. In this case, rebelling against the norms of the world in this time we find ourselves and holding unto God like Jacob did to the angel he wrestled in Genesis.

The song Roar simply talks about an army of people like me, young, vibrant, cool, good looking 🤭😎 youths with swag, who in spite of the world we find ourselves and the time we live in are loving and praising God, desperately seeking more of God and refusing to settle for less... Hola mis amigos, compañeros músicos y amantes de la buena música en Hive. Espero que este post te encuentre bien. Ella es Stefanovah y estoy aquí para la semana 198 de nuestro Hive Open Mic... Para la semana tenemos el tema Rebelión elegido por @rasecdus. Como de costumbre, ya han llegado muchas entradas excelentes y solo estoy aquí para contribuir con mi granito de arena.

Vi un comentario de @jesuslnrs en una entrada donde decía que el resultado de una rebelión no siempre es negativo sino que depende del contexto, esto muestra que la rebelión se presenta en diferentes formas. Según el diccionario, Rebelión es la acción o proceso de resistirse a la autoridad, el control o la convención. La convención del último trimestre es la perspectiva desde la que hago mi entrada, que se desvía de lo habitual... En mi país, Nigeria, se dice en las calles que el lema de este año es "No hay acuerdo para nadie", lo que significa Don No te conformes con menos. En este caso, rebelándonos contra las normas del mundo en este tiempo nos encontramos y nos aferramos a Dios como lo hizo Jacob con el ángel con el que luchó en Génesis.

La canción Roar simplemente habla de un ejército de personas como yo, jóvenes, vibrantes, geniales, bien parecidos 🤭😎 jóvenes con estilo, que a pesar del mundo en el que nos encontramos y del tiempo en el que vivimos, amamos y alabamos a Dios, buscamos desesperadamente. más de Dios y negándome a conformarme con menos... Hice lo mejor que pude haciendo este cover y desearía tanto tener la batería para que disfrutes la canción al máximo.
