True, remember concept album stuff by e.g. Genesis - think that does not exist anymore these days
Actually it does, but may not get the airplay these days. Steven Wilson just did an album with just 2 tracks about space. He can sell out big venues. Dream Theater do heavy prog. Some amazing musicians out there.
