Video 1 from yeastuday's concert in the windy ditch. The school has a stylistick little outdoor theater, that reminds me of the vietnam memorial.
You can't tell in the videos, but the wind wips through and robbs people of sheet music. It's not fun, but it's funny.

Thankfully the dew point was stable and my finger did'nt stick to the strings.
Anyway, here we are another concert with a view full of bass view.
Well, actully, the camera was attached to the music stand for this bass view...
i guess it's more like a music stand view.
Anyway this first song is a regular starting/warmup tune for this band.
Not a bad idea. Lots of notes to read, rythms to feel, and a DS Al Coda to get you ready for the next adventure/song.

The style of music is called , “ big band” “ swing music”, “swing era music”, and it’s considered a form of jazz.
In a big band, the music is sometimes swinging and sometimes straight. Sometimes it’s like traditional jazz and sometimes it’s like Latin jazz or Brazilian music or cha-cha with extra extra horns. Remember Perez Prado? It’s similar.
It sounded really Jazzy at some point. Funny enough, I am getting to hear about Big Band for the first time.
