LIVE MUSIC with Josephs BassCam footage from Feb 1, 2026 and the Jazz Derelicts horn band.

This video features Stevie Wonder’s “Signed, Sealed, And Delivered

THE NAME OF THIS SONG is as follows: “Signed, Sealed, And Delivered

Do a search without Stevie Wonder and you will see several interpretations of this phrase in music and art… and my video’s title is wrong.
It got ouch while editing.

The original bass part is highly rememberable in my opinion, but I don’t know it exactly. I’ve listened to the song many times and my chart only contains chords. I make it up. I think I get pretty close to the original part. I just try to think like James Jamison might. I try to think of other Stevie Wonder songs that have challenging bass parts. Keep the pulse and energy good and emphasize the ends of 4 and 8 bar sections. People won’t know if I reinvent the bass part.

Bass: Fender Jazz Bass Deluxe 4 String… also known as “Bread and Butter.” when I was a full-time musician I used this bass and I modified it for longevity. Light strings, heavy mass bridge, low action, thick strap, and very useful controls (even when broken).

Thank you for reading and watching.

Feel free to ask "dumb" questions. It's healthy for HIVE.
