Introduction post

Hello everyone.
It's a nice feeling to be here on this special platform.

My name is IJ, a short form of Ijeoma, and I'm a male. This name is commonly used for female gender but I found myself with it when I grew up. My nickname which I'm using as my handle on this platform is spiff.
I'm an African, a Nigerian to be precise and I'm from the southern part of Nigeria. I'm from a family of four (2 male and 2 female) and I'm the third child with a lady as the last born. Currently, all of us are out of the house leaving only my parents. We are out to cater for our lives because we are grown up.

I haven't been opportuned to further my education to the benchmark where it's considered as okay with the kind of society we have now. I only have Ordinary national Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology. Life has been tough so I have been hustling for money via menial jobs.

I won't say I have a good flow with writing or passion for it. I'm here to learn, meet friends and earn money too. @jmis101 told me about this platform, many times and today I decided to join and see how it works and see if it's something I can add to my sources of income. Though, she said I shouldn't focus on the earning aspect first because I might get discouraged at the initial stage.
My writing style is more of my expressions. And it feels food to have seen a place where I can pour out my heart on a daily basis.

I have the following as hobbies;
Football (being a fan)
Food (I love to eat food)
Movies( I love to watch movies a lot)
Music is not left out and I was once into Sax.
