Antes que nada, quiero aprovechar este espacio para presentarme: soy nuevo en esta comunidad y estoy realmente emocionado de empezar a compartir mis vivencias y contenidos por aquí. Me han hablado maravillas de este lugar y espero que este sea el primero de muchos posts donde podamos conectar.

First of all, I want to take this space to introduce myself: I am new to this community and I am really excited to start sharing my experiences and content here. I've heard wonderful things about this place and I hope this is the first of many posts where we can connect.

Hoy, para estrenarme, quiero invitarlos a disfrutar de una interpretación muy especial que me ha llegado al corazón. El pasado lunes 20 de abril, tuve la oportunidad de presenciar un ensayo lleno de sentimiento entre @yoxibeth y el maestro @ramonpaez Verlos trabajar y conectar a través de la música es una experiencia realmente única; se nota la dedicación y el respeto que ambos le tienen al arte.

Today, to start off, I want to invite you to enjoy a very special performance that has touched my heart. Last Monday, April 20th, I had the opportunity to witness a heartfelt rehearsal between @yoxibeth and Maestro @RamónPáez. Watching them work and connect through music is a truly unique experience; you can see the dedication and respect they both have for art.

La pieza que decidieron interpretar es "Sin ti no valgo nada", un tema emblemático en el tono de Re mayor. Como muchos saben, es una canción profundamente arraigada en nuestro género de música llanera. Esta joya fue popularizada originalmente por el gran Carlos Guevara y lleva la firma compositiva de William Santella, siendo reconocida como uno de los temas más destacados y queridos dentro del repertorio llanero venezolano. Es emocionante ver cómo artistas actuales, como Yoxibeth y el maestro Ramón, siguen manteniendo vivo este legado, rindiendo homenaje a los grandes maestros que nos dejaron obras tan significativas.

The piece they decided to perform is "Sin ti no valgo nada", an emblematic song in the key of D major. As many know, it is a song deeply rooted in our llanera music genre. This gem was originally popularized by the great Carlos Guevara and bears the compositional signature of William Santella, being recognized as one of the most outstanding and beloved themes within the Venezuelan llanero repertoire. It is exciting to see how current artists, like Yoxibeth and Maestro Ramón, continue to keep this legacy alive, paying tribute to the great masters who left us such significant works.

Por cierto, quiero contarles que todo el material videográfico que les comparto hoy lo realicé con mi teléfono Redmi A5. A veces no se necesitan equipos profesionales para capturar la esencia de un buen momento musical, solo hace falta tener las ganas y estar ahí para documentarlo.

By the way, I want to tell you that all the video material I share with you today was recorded with my Redmi A5 phone. Sometimes you don't need professional equipment to capture the essence of a good musical moment, you just need the desire and to be there to document it.

Escucharlos me hizo reflexionar sobre lo afortunados que somos de tener esta música que nos une y nos define. Los invito a ver este ensayo y dejarse llevar por la melodía de nuestro llano. Estoy seguro de que van a disfrutar tanto como yo de la calidad musical y, sobre todo, de la pasión con la que ejecutan cada nota.

Listening to them made me reflect on how lucky we are to have this music that unites and defines us. I invite you to watch this rehearsal and let yourself be carried away by the melody of our plains. I am sure you will enjoy the musical quality and, above all, the passion with which they perform every note as much as I did.
