Top Conciertos a los que me gustaría ir alguna vez [ESP-ENG]

¿Nunca has deseado escuchar a tu cantante favorito en vivo y en directo? Creo que este es uno de mis sueños más grandes: ir a un concierto, cantar como loco, tal vez a todo pulmón, mientras aplaudo y quizás, solo quizás, lloro de la felicidad. Estoy divagando en el ensueño, lo sé, pero estoy acostumbrado a imaginar que, algún día, podré vivir este sueño. Es difícil, ¿por qué? Casi toda la música que oigo proviene de la cultura occidental, o sea, de Europa o Estados Unidos. Algunos de estos grupos musicales han hecho giras en LATAM, no obstante, asistir a una de estas desde Venezuela no es nada fácil cuando tus ahorros solo alcanzan para los gastos del mes. Son barreras, sí, aunque no por ello un veredicto final.

He estado pensando tanto en escapar de Venezuela que, aun sin planificar algo definitivo, escribí en mi cuaderno de metas sobre los conciertos a los que iría en caso de que la oportunidad surja. Como deseo que estos queden grabados también en esta parte de la blockchain musical, entonces la comparto contigo, esperando que te animes a hacerlo.

Have you never wanted to hear your favorite singer live? I think this is one of my biggest dreams: to go to a concert, sing like crazy, maybe at the top of my lungs, while I applaud, and maybe, just maybe, cry from happiness. I'm daydreaming, I know, but I'm used to imagining that, one day, I'll be able to live this dream. It's difficult, why? Almost all the music I hear comes from Western culture, that is, from Europe or the United States. Some of these musical groups have toured in LATAM, however, attending one of these from Venezuela is not easy when your savings are only enough for the month's expenses. They are barriers, yes, although that does not mean they are a final verdict.

I've been thinking so much about escaping Venezuela that, even without planning anything definitive, I wrote in my goals notebook about the concerts I would go to if the opportunity arose. I want these to also be recorded in this part of the musical blockchain, so I share it with you, hoping that you will be encouraged to do so.

Coldplay

Desde que conozco a la banda Coldplay siempre he deseado ir a unos de sus conciertos. Por lo que he logrado ver en algunos Lives, son bastante buenos, llenos de energía, magia lumínica e inspiración. Quien ha ido a uno de estos ha sentido, probablemente, el corazón en la garganta. ¿Y cómo no sentirlo? Coldplay sabe cómo hacernos sentir la música, pues sus canciones están llenas de vida y poderosas reflexiones. Sé que algunos acostumbran a sacar fotos o grabar mientras oyen a sus cantantes en vivo, pero creo que eso sería lo que menos haría yo.

Coldplay hizo una gira por Latinoamérica este año; tuve la oportunidad de ver su performance desde youtube y la verdad que quedé impresionado por el despliegue musical que esta banda llevó a Argentina, Brasil y Colombia, entre tantos otros países. Creo que la canción que más me gustaría oír es Viva la Vida... esta es una de mis grandes favoritas.

Coldplay

Since I have known the band Coldplay I have always wanted to go to one of their concerts. From what I have seen in some Lives, they are quite good, full of energy, light magic, and inspiration. Anyone who has gone to one of these has probably felt their heart in their throat. And how can you not feel it? Coldplay knows how to make us feel music because their songs are full of life and powerful reflections. I know that some people tend to take photos or record while listening to their singers live, but I think that would be the last thing I would do.

Coldplay toured Latin America this year; I had the opportunity to see their performance on YouTube and the truth is that I was impressed by the musical display that this band brought to Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia, among many other countries. I think the song I would most like to hear is Viva la Vida... this is one of my big favorites.

Imagine Dragons

Si tuviera la oportunidad, no dudaría dos veces en asistir a un concierto de Imagine Dragons; después de Coldplay, esta banda en otra de mis favoritas. Su estilo musical repleto de poprock y reflexión me ha ayudado a mantenerme motivado, ahora imaginen palpar esa motivación desde uno de esos grandes escenarios en los que Imagine Dragons suelen presentarse, ¡estaría épico! Eso sí, trataría de comprar un asiento lo más cerca posible para contemplar más cerca aún todo ese despliegue de efectos y el sonido de la batería. En todo caso, las entradas más costosas son las que ofrecen una mejor vista, pero cuando se tiene y se quiere, vale la pena.

Estando en uno de los conciertos de Imagine Dragons me encantaría oír "Believer", una de las canciones con más fuerza sobre la vida y las luchas mentales... y la más trascendental de la banda.

Imagine Dragons

If I had the chance, I wouldn't hesitate twice to attend an Imagine Dragons concert; After Coldplay, this band is another of my favorites. Their musical style full of pop rock and reflection has helped me stay motivated, now imagine feeling that motivation from one of those big stages where Imagine Dragons usually perform, it would be epic! Of course, I would try to buy a seat as close as possible to see all that display of effects and the sound of the drums even closer. In any case, the most expensive tickets are the ones that offer a better view, but when you have it and want it, it is worth it.

Being at one of the Imagine Dragons concerts I would love to hear "Believer", one of the most powerful songs about life and mental struggles... and the most transcendental of the band.

Guns N' Roses

Sí, sé que esta banda es muy vieja, ¡pero no saben cuánto me encanta! Y es que Guns N' Roses es de esos grupos artísticos que nunca pasan de moda, independientemente de la época o el lugar del mundo donde te encuentres. Desde que escuché por primera vez a Guns N' Roses no dudé dos veces en imaginar la posibilidad de asistir a una de sus giras mundiales. Es increíble que a pesar de que los años han pasado, y que el apogeo de Guns N' Roses tuvo su mayor racha en las épocas antes del 2000, todavía siga conservando ese estilo clásico que tanto la caracteriza. Me encantaría, además, ver a Slash y Axl en esa futura oportunidad. Sé que es mucho pedir, pero nada cuesta soñar.

Sin duda alguna, Don't Cry es la canción que más nostalgia me trae y la que desearía escuchar con todo corazón. Todas las canciones de Guns N' Roses son muy buenas, pero esta tiene algo que la posiciona entre mis grandes favoritas.

Guns N' Roses
Yes, I know this band is really old, but you don't know how much I love it! And Guns N' Roses is one of those artistic groups that never goes out of style, regardless of the time or place in the world where you are. Since I first heard Guns N' Roses I didn't hesitate twice to imagine the possibility of attending one of their world tours. It is incredible that even though the years have passed, and the heyday of Guns N' Roses had its greatest streak in the era before 2000, it continues to retain that classic style that characterizes it so much. I would also love to see Slash and Axl in that future opportunity. I know it's a lot to ask, but it costs nothing to dream.

Without a doubt, Don't Cry is the song that brings me the most nostalgia and the one that I would like to hear with all my heart. All Guns N' Roses songs are very good, but this one has something that places it among my great favorites.

Adele

En términos musicales, Adele es mi amor platónico, de hecho, esta es una de las cantantes cuyas canciones he enlistado más en mis playlists de Spotify y YT Music. Si bien estoy más familiarizado con sus álbumes más viejos, haría lo necesario para oírla en vivo. Su voz es una de las más hermosas que he oído, por lo que en un concierto esta debe ser más hermosa aún. Tengo la costumbre de aprenderme las canciones en inglés, aunque no hable el idioma, así que no dudaré en cantar al ritmo de Adele. Creo que lo que menos me importaría es pronunciar mal una palabra mientras canto y me dejo llevar por la inspiración, LOL.

"Hello" es la canción que sin duda me haría cantar con todas mis fuerzas. Esta es una de las piezas musicales más famosas de Adele, agréguenle a eso la belleza que le da la cantante al entonarla. ¡Es inigualable!

Adele

In musical terms, Adele is my platonic love this is one of the singers whose songs I have listed the most in my Spotify and YT Music playlists. While I'm more familiar with her older albums, I'd do whatever it takes to hear her live. Her voice is one of the most beautiful I have ever heard, so in a concert, she must be even more beautiful. I have the habit of learning songs in English, even if I don't speak the language, so I won't hesitate to sing to the rhythm of Adele. I think the last thing I would care about is mispronouncing a word while singing and letting myself get carried away by inspiration, LOL.

"Hello" is the song that would make me sing at the top of my lungs. This is one of Adele's most famous pieces of music, add to that the beauty that the singer gives it when singing it. It's unmatched!

Aurora

Aurora Aksnes es una de las cantantes que se ha ganado mi corazón en muy corto tiempo. Desde que la comencé a escuchar, de inmediato me familiaricé con sus canciones, su estilo y su peculiar personalidad. Esto es algo muy extraño, pues no suelo apegarme al estilo musical de un cantante así de rápido, pero con Aurora fue diferente. De ella me encantan muchas cosas, pero sobre todo las letras que parecen fantasía cantada, bajo toques solemnes y una profunda filosofía. Este año supe que la artista visitaría Chile, y tuve la oportunidad de escuchar el Live del concierto, ¡estuvo maravilloso! Me imaginé allí, soñando con algún día estar presente en cualquiera de sus giras.

La primera canción que oí de Aurora fue Runaway, y por supuesto, amaría que ella la cantara durante su concierto. Es imposible pensar en ello y no sentir la piel erizada...

Aurora

Aurora Aksnes is one of the singers who has won my heart in a very short time. Since I started listening to her, I immediately became familiar with her songs, her style, and her quirky personality. This is something very strange because I don't usually stick to the musical style of a singer that fast, but with Aurora it was different. I love many things about her, but especially her lyrics that seem like a sung fantasy, under solemn touches and a deep philosophy. This year I found out that the artist would visit Chile, and I had the opportunity to listen to the live concert, it was wonderful! I imagined myself there, dreaming of one day being present on any of her tours.

The first song I heard from Aurora was Runaway, and of course, I would love for her to sing it during her concert. It's impossible to think about it and not feel goosebumps...

No hay duda alguna de que los sueños se cumplen, solo debemos trabajar por ellos, sin perder la visión de un futuro en el que todo es posible. La música nos lleva a soñar y lograr cosas maravillosas... es magia, una magia capaz de elevar nuestra convicción.

What are those concerts you would like to attend sometime?

There is no doubt that dreams come true, we just have to work for them, without losing the vision of a future in which everything is possible. Music leads us to dream and achieve wonderful things... it is magic, magic capable of elevating our conviction.
