Cuando de bebidas calientes se trata, todos podemos coincidir en que una taza de café es superior: su calidez, el confort que nos genera consumir esta bebida, la energía que nos produce la cafeína, los grandes momentos que surgen a su alrededor... Sinceramente, esta es de mis bebidas favoritas, pero no es la única, pues hay un lugar en mi corazón destinado únicamente al té. ¡Cuánto me gusta el té!

Y es que del café sabemos qué esperar, y aunque varía (y mucho) según el tipo de grano seleccionado, el proceso de tostado, e incluso, con qué lo acompañamos (dulces, cremas), probar un nuevo sabor de té suele ser una experiencia única, que te acerca a este mundo pero que también te invita a probar más y más de su variedad.

Como buena consumidora de té, los pruebo de todos los tipos. Al ser una bebida que tomo diariamente, por supuesto, tengo un stock de té "económicos". Sin embargo, de vez en cuando me gusta darme un regalo especial: un premium tea 🙈. Estos últimos se centran en la experiencia: Suelen ser una combinación de hierbas, de diferentes partes del mundo, escogidas detenidamente para obtener un resultado frutal, vibrante, dulce, relajante, etcétera, etcétera. Las cajas en las que vienen también son diferentes, bonitas, y de igual forma las bolsitas que contienen cada uno de los té.

En mi última visita al súpermercado decidí probar una nueva marca de té, llamada "La tetera azul". Entre todas las opciones escogí "Pu-erh Red tea", el cual incluye té rojo Pu-erh de la provincia de Yunan (China), té verde, jugo de kiwi, fresas, manzanas y flores de hibisco (flores de jamaica). Nada más leer sus ingredientes, supe que me iba a encantar. El té rojo proviene de la misma planta que el té verde, así que se conserva un sabor muy similar. Las notas frutales por separado no las sentí muy bien, pero sí pude sentir el dulzor y acidez de estas frutas, ya que el té verde o el té rojo solos tienen un sabor más amargo.

Por ser una nerd de los té, me leo la cajita de atrás para adelante e investigo el origen de las hierbas, la compañía que los fabrica... También miro la tarjetica que incluye la bolsita de té, en la cual suele aparecer la marca y, en algunas ocasiones, una pequeña frase.
Esta tarjetica en particular me sorprendió, pues en ella se leía: "Music for your tea".

Rápidamente escaneé el código QR y sí, efectivamente, en enlace me llevó a un video y una canción. Primera vez que veo que un té viene con su propia recomendación musical y esto, definitivamente me fascinó. La canción en cuestión se llama Hope Is A Dangerous Thing, de vo1k1.

Pensé que solo sería probar un nuevo tipo de té y terminó siendo una experiencia inesperadamente relajante, amena. Un detalle especial para las personas que amamos el té. Mis sentidos de la audición y del gusto están flotando.

Estos pequeños detalles, sin duda, marcan la diferencia.
Ahora me emociona probar un nuevo sabor de La Tetera Azul.🫖

When it comes to hot drinks, we can all agree that a cup of coffee is superior: its warmth, the comfort that consuming this beverage generates, the energy that caffeine produces in us, the great moments that arise around it.... Honestly, this is one of my favorite drinks, but it is not the only one, because there is a place in my heart destined only for tea. How much I love tea!

And is that from coffee we know what to expect, and although it varies (and a lot) depending on the type of grain selected, the roasting process, and even, with what we accompany it (sweets, creams), trying a new flavor of tea is usually a unique experience, which brings you closer to this world but also invites you to try more and more of its variety.

As a good tea drinker, I try all types of tea. Being a beverage that I drink daily, of course, I have a stock of "cheap" teas. However, every now and then I like to treat myself to a special treat: a premium tea 🙈. The latter are all about the experience: they are usually a combination of herbs, from different parts of the world, carefully chosen for a fruity, vibrant, sweet, relaxing, and so on and so forth. The boxes they come in are also different, beautiful, and so are the bags that contain each of the teas.

On my last visit to the supermarket I decided to try a new brand of tea, called "The Blue Teapot". Among all the options I chose "Pu-erh Red tea", which includes Pu-erh red tea from Yunan province (China), green tea, kiwi juice, strawberries, apples and hibiscus flowers (hibiscus flowers). As soon as I read its ingredients, I knew I was going to love it. The red tea comes from the same plant as the green tea, so a very similar taste is preserved. The fruity notes separately I didn't feel very well, but I could taste the sweetness and acidity of these fruits, as green tea or red tea alone has a more bitter taste.

Being a tea nerd, I read the box from back to front and investigate the origin of the herbs, the company that makes them.... I also look at the card that comes with the tea bag, which usually shows the brand name and, sometimes, a little phrase.
This particular card surprised me, because it read: "Music for your tea ".

I quickly scanned the QR code and yes, indeed, the link took me to a video and a song. First time I see that a tea comes with its own music recommendation and this definitely fascinated me. The song in question is called Hope Is A Dangerous Thing, by vo1k1.

I thought it would just be trying a new type of tea and it ended up being an unexpectedly relaxing, enjoyable experience. A special treat for those of us who love tea. My senses of hearing and taste are floating.

These little details certainly make a difference.
Now I'm excited to try a new flavor of La Tetera Azul.
