Good afternoon Sloth's! It's time to go over the basics once again! We love keeping the Sloths fresh in your memory! Hopefully, we can keep encouraging the small creators on Hive to be less Sloth and more Buzz!

So without further ado,

What is Sloth.Buzz?

SlothBuzz is a new Hive front end, can we still say new as we're almost 4months old now! Nearly a teenager in crypto years alreaBolddy!

Our main purpose (other than to keep Sloth and "the Dev" busy) is to help support small creators, both here on Hive and further afield! We do this by highlighting the BEST content on Sloth.Buzz, whilst allowing YOU to earn slothbuzz tokens! These tokens can then be staked, to gain voting power on Sloth.Buzz, and earn EVEN MORE tokens!!

Not only will you be rewarded with tokens, but you'll have an enormous sense of pride as you know you're also helping promote other small creators here on Hive!
After all, the best-decentralised community is one that works together!

  • @slothbuzz is our main posting account, feel free to drop it a follow
  • @slothbuzzcurator is the main slothbuzz curator, focusing on the best content on Sloth.Buzz
  • @slothburn is a cheeky sloth that keeps burning our tokens! Give them an upvote and burn more tokens, thus making your curation rewards even more impressive!

@slothlydoesit is the main sloth holding the buzz together! Normally procrastinating somewhere playing games, wait until we get our three toes on him!
@patlebo is "The dev", otherwise known as the bushman, or for Patlebos crypto space, we've no idea how he juggles it all!

There are a few other smaller supporting accounts also, @cryptoradiofm our Radio station, @brainfuckcafe the meme center! A big thanks to @ravensmus1c, @blitzzzz and @dadspardan for providing content to keep the buzzers busy reading whilst we build and grow!

What's next?

Our focus for now is pushing the Cryptoradio.fm App, we aim to have Hive integrations and Music for everyone! We're excited at the possibility of working with the awesome music talents here on Hive! And allowing you to have the best music for your streams!

We already have one Hivians producing a weekly show (@ravenmus1c's Panda Beats - Every Saturday 8pm UTC and Sunday 8am UTC!) could you be next?

We're looking for more Hive-focused content, from music to Podcasts, if you know someone who would fit this role, Give them a nudge, tell them to come and drop us a message, and we'll find the best solution to help them succeed!

Congrats on the 4 month mark. I appreciate the summary. I must confess, I only recently (two weeks ago or so) found slothbuzz. I haven't used the front-end yet, but I plan to. Reblogged.

We're slowly creeping our way through Hive, soon, sloth like, we'll conquer all! For now, we're glad you've found us, we can't wait to see what brilliant content you bring!

Can you keep a secret? We mainly use peakd/ecency for posting!! SShht! The sloth.buzz interface is the basic Hive engine "outpost" for now, we've moved it to our own servers to give it a little more sustainability. But our main focus is making CryptoRadio.fm more Hive orientated, then we will look at sprucing up the buzz!

Hhmm, yes, I tried clicking on the links, bad gateway. Yet, if I type sloth.buzz into my browser it works with no problem. I'll try to keep an eye on that for future articles, thanks for the heads up.
