Hello Afri-tunes family, I trust we all are doing okay... It's week 47 of our weekly contest and for this week I'd be performing a song by Nigerian Gospel singer, Pastor Nathaniel Bassey called "You are God", He features Chigozie Achugo on this one. I was supposed to do this song last week as this was one of the selected songs for week 46 (Gospel category) but I was a bit under the weather, lost my voice and couldn't participate....But here I am today singing this song to the Glory of God.

You are God talks about the sovereignty and the power of God. God is self-sufficient and needs no one but in His infinite mercy, He called us His. All He wants us to do is just praise Him. He is the Alpha and the Omega i.e the beginning and the end, He is the first and the last and no one compares to Him.
He was, He is, and is to come...He has been in existence even before the universe was created, with just word of mouth He created the heavens and the earth, He created man and all living creatures on earth. What a powerful being He is.

Really there's no place for argument because how do we explain our existence, how the world came into being? How He seperated the day from the night?
There are a lot of How's but then He has proven Himself over and over again by always coming through for those who love and trust Him. He is everything,He doesn't need us but wants us. He chose to call us His. He loved us first and still loves us even when we go astray and doesn't condemn us. All He wants is for us to come back to Him for He's a loving and caring Father. He is everything, He is supreme, most powerful, Almighty...I could go on and on, there's no place for debate or argument, He is God.

Hola familia de Afri-tunes, confío en que todos estemos bien... Es la semana 47 de nuestro concurso semanal y esta semana interpretaré una canción del cantante de gospel nigeriano, el pastor Nathaniel Bassey, llamada "Tú eres Dios". presenta a Chigozie Achugo en este. Se suponía que debía hacer esta canción la semana pasada, ya que era una de las canciones seleccionadas para la semana 46 (categoría Gospel), pero estaba un poco mal, perdí la voz y no pude participar... Pero aquí estoy hoy. cantando este cántico a la Gloria de Dios.

Eres Dios habla de la soberanía y el poder de Dios. Dios es autosuficiente y no necesita a nadie, pero en su infinita misericordia, nos llamó suyos. Todo lo que Él quiere que hagamos es simplemente alabarlo. Él es el Alfa y la Omega, es decir, el principio y el fin, Él es el primero y el último y nadie se compara con Él.
Él era, Él es, y ha de venir... Él ha existido incluso antes de que se creara el universo, con solo el boca a boca Él creó los cielos y la tierra, Él creó al hombre y a todas las criaturas vivientes en la tierra. ¡Qué ser tan poderoso es Él!

Realmente no hay lugar para la discusión porque ¿cómo explicamos nuestra existencia, cómo surgió el mundo? ¿Cómo separó el día de la noche?
Hay muchos cómo, pero Él se ha probado a sí mismo una y otra vez al estar siempre presente para aquellos que lo aman y confían en Él. Él es todo, Él no nos necesita sino que nos quiere. Él eligió llamarnos Suyos. Él nos amó primero y todavía nos ama incluso cuando nos descarriamos y no nos condena. Todo lo que Él quiere es que regresemos a Él porque Él es un Padre amoroso y afectuoso. Él es todo, Él es supremo, el más poderoso, Todopoderoso... podría seguir y seguir, no hay lugar para el debate o la discusión, Él es Dios.
