Three Tune Tuesday - Unplugged Versions of Songs

Here are a few unplugged versions of songs for this #threetunetuesday by @ablaze


This first one is Chris Cornell playing Black Hole Sun from Soundgarden. Crazy that he figured it out in his head while driving in a car.


Here is Metallica playing Creeping Death mostly unplugged in a wild jam style. Kinda sounds like a bunch of hillbillies jamming in the swamp. They did this when I saw them live a zillion years ago.


Here is Pearl Jam playing Evenflow unplugged (except for the bass). This version almost starts sounding a bit like Dave Matthews Band.

That's all for now, now pick up your favorite acoustic guitar and play a cover of a rock song :-)

Eric Clapton Unplugged is an awesome album. Neil Young Unplugged album is just as good. Both are classics I have listened to hundreds of times. I know they are kind of obvious artists for acoustic performances but it doesn't mean they aren't incredible.

For sure Eric Clapton takes it to the next level on acoustic. I haven't listened to Neil Young's acoustic only stuff.
