Saludos, en este nuevo martes, día de la mejor iniciativa musical de todo Hive: Three Tune Tuesday, del amigo @ablaze, que ya alcanza la edición número 157. Hoy he querido compartir con todos, unas canciones que me hacen ver la vida un poco más feliz, y que tienen como factor común el que fueron interpretadas por uno de los Beatles, por el gran GEORGE HARRINSON.
Greetings, on this new Tuesday, day of the best musical initiative in all of Hive: Three Tune Tuesday, from friend @ablaze, which has already reached edition number 157. Today I wanted to share with everyone some songs that make me see life a little happier, and that have as a common factor that they were performed by one of the Beatles, by the great GEORGE HARRINSON.
Sería genial haberles presentado previamente un post sobre The Beatles, como banda, pues ellos formaron parte de mis canciones de cuna. A mamá le gustaban mucho y siempre ponía el toca discos para oírlos, así que, desde antes de un año de edad, yo ya estaba familiarizada con esa música. Sin embargo, hoy quise compartirles algo de GEORGE HARRINSON, quien también fue un Beatle, y quien siguió activo luego de la disolución del grupo. Y la razón de traer estas canciones, es porque me dan un poco de optimismo y ayudan a anestesiar el dolor por la ausencia de mi padre. Papá ya se fue hace dos meses, pero no dejo de pensarlo, todos los días lo recuerdo y le hablo en mis pensamientos y oraciones, y para que este dolor sea más llevadero, escucho música, y estas melodías de hoy son precisamente para eso, para aplacar el dolor y sentirme un poquitico más feliz… Dicho esto, veamos mis canciones del #ttt de hoy.
It would be great to have previously presented a post about The Beatles, as a band, since they were part of my lullabies. Mom liked them a lot and always played the record player to listen to them, so, before I was a year old, I was already familiar with that music. However, today I wanted to share with you something about GEORGE HARRINSON, who was also a Beatle, and who remained active after the group's dissolution. And the reason for bringing these songs is because they give me a little optimism and help numb the pain due to my father's absence. Dad has been gone for two months, but I can't stop thinking about it, every day I remember him and I speak to him in my thoughts and prayers, and to make this pain more bearable, I listen to music, and these melodies today are precisely for that, to ease the pain and feel a little happier… That being said, let's look at my #ttt songs today.

Quiero comenzar con una canción hermosa y enérgica como es: “Got My Mind Set On You”, que si bien no fue escrita por el ex Beatle, la interpreta muy bien. Esta belleza de canción, si no te hace vibrar o sentir aunque sea un pelín feliz, definitivamente estás muerto. A mí particularmente me gusta mucho el sonido de la guitarra y la voz de Harrinson que suena súper bien. Es una canción feliz. Aquí les dejo el hermoso video de ella, en el que podemos ver que todo alrededor del músico, cobra vida.
I want to start with a beautiful and energetic song like: “Got My Mind Set On You”, which although it was not written by the former Beatle, he performs it very well. This beauty of a song, if it doesn't make you vibrate or feel even a little happy, you're definitely dead. I particularly like the sound of the guitar and Harrinson's voice, which sounds great. It's a happy song. Here I leave you the beautiful video of her, in which we can see that everything around the musician comes to life.
Mi siguiente canción es “All Those Years Ago”, canción que es un tributo de George Harrinson para su colega Jonn Lennon, quien para el momento de grabar esta canción, ya había sido asesinado. Aquí intervienen los también ex Beatles Paul McCartney y Ringo Starr. Lo que más me gusta de esta canción, además de la voz de Harrinson, (que en ocasiones me suena muy parecida a la de Paul), es el sonido de la batería, del teclado y la guitarra, es MAGISTRAL. Para mí también es una canción feliz, aun cuando haya sido escrita como un tributo para alguien que ya no está entre nosotros. Aquí les comparto el video oficial, en el que se pueden ver muchas fotos y grabaciones de Lennon y de los Beatles cuando aún estaban juntos. ¡Que la disfruten!
My next song is “All Those Years Ago”, a song that is a tribute by George Harrinson for his friend and colleague Jonn Lennon, who at the time of recording this song, had already been murdered. The former Beatles, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, also intervene here. What I like most about this song, besides Harrinson's voice (which sometimes sounds very similar to Paul's to me), is the sound of the drums, keyboard and guitar, it is MASTERFUL. For me it is also a happy song, even if it was written as a tribute to someone who is no longer with us. Para finalizar, quiero compartir con todos una preciosa joya, y es “Here comes the Sun”, una canción que para mí significa ESPERANZA, ALEGRÍA Y OPTIMISMO, es una de las canciones más bellas a nivel musical y armónico que existen, (bueno, esa es mi opinión), y si bien esta canción fue compuesta y grabada mientras Harrinson formaba parte de The Beatles, la voz principal también es de él. Para mí es una canción que me calma, me hace feliz, me sana… Aquí les dejo una version remasterizada y el audio de una presentación en vivo. Escuchen y atesoren esta belleza.
Finally, I want to share with everyone a beautiful gem, and it is “Here comes the Sun”, a song that for me means HOPE, JOY AND OPTIMISM, it is one of the most beautiful songs on a musical level and harmonic that exist, (well, that's my opinion), and although this song was written and recorded while Harrinson was part of The Beatles, the lead vocals are also his. For me it is a song that calms me, makes me happy, heals me... Here is a remastered version and the audio of a live performance. Listen and treasure this beauty.

Gran músico y cantante , yo escuchaba también mucho de peque esta música, otra época que aun perdura en el tiempo y en la mente de quienes atesoramos las buenas melodías, gracias por compartir estas excelentes canciones, las voy a escuchar una vez más, llenan de energías especiales el alma 😊🤗
Los Beatles marcaron un antes y un después en la música contemporánea, fueron músicos de alto nivel, que innovaron la forma de hacer canciones. Y sí, siempre atesoramos estas melodías, que por su calidad, siempre estarán vigentes. Gracias por pasar a leer y comentar @edwing357, abrazos.
Holaaa amiga, disculpa lo tarde en comentar, el tiempo me lleva empujado jajaja, esta música perdura en los tiempos por la calidad , nada mejor que las viejas melodías y estos grupos que no tienen rival, es la mejor de lo mejor , alto nivel en todos los sentidos 😊
Hace unos minutos mi esposo me estaba mostrando algunas canciones de los beatles, yo no soy de esa época y lamentablemente tampoco tuve una influencia que me hiciera escuchar esta música pero soy consciente del tesoro musical que hay aquí.
Que bonito que la música pueda ser ese bálsamo que hoy te de paz.
