Hello beautiful people, welcome to vibes WEB3 music competition week 37, my name is Sintiki Asheadi, in this beautiful week I will love to sing a very popular hymn from the( sacred songs and solos)SS&S no 237 "Rock of ages".
The song " Rock of ages" is one of the hymn in the mouth of Christians today, it's a honest prayer of surrender knowing fully well Jesus is the rock from ages past, seeking shelter from him is paramount,also this song bring the weakness of a man which is sin, which can only be washed by the blood of the lamb, not by human effort, " not the labour of my hands..." as seen in verse 2, man can't save himself from sin or rather,offer salvation to fellow man except the Rock of ages.
Personally, this hymn is a life_ changer, it's a call to surrender my totality to the rock where I can always find refuge,this hymn also encouraged me to cast my care in this "rock" , when am naked he clothed me , when helpless his grace is sufficient.
