WE CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY WITH GOOD MUSIC [ENG-ESP]

Warm greetings dear friends, readers and faithful music lovers. I hope everyone is having an excellent and blessed beginning of the week and that everything you undertake is supported by the eternal father and consolidate new purposes for your life.

Last week we commemorated International Women's Day and in one of the institutions where I work we decided to take a whole week to honor the great virtues that surround women and especially those who make up our community. Therefore, we decided to have a day to highlight each of their values and qualities.

On the first day we highlighted the brilliance that characterizes women, all those who have decided to start their own business, who have not given any importance to being judged by society and have dared to dream. Women have become empowered with the passing of time, in such a way that we have surpassed the limits and expectations of the same society that has forged us.

Thus comes this beautiful song that has been designated as one of the special songs for this day " woman shine " Ivan Ricardi womans day shine girl. This song reminded me of the process of metamorphosis of the butterfly, as it transforms it perfects itself in its process, as long as we women continue to be fighters, that intense shine that characterizes us will shine every day of our lives, that is why the continuous invitation of this week and every day of our lives should be to not give up and to dress ourselves with perseverance and optimism every day.

It was truly incredible the receptivity of the people, as the videos made went viral through the different whatsApp statuses, to such an extent that on Wednesday of last week we decided to hold a mini conference for those brave enough to take a space of their interesting time to be pampered, share a time of recreation in the middle of good music, nurture their knowledge and even dare to dance. This time was very emotional, there were many tears in the midst of the life stories, but we were all comforted by the experiences of others.

Sometimes it is not so evident the urgent need that as human beings we have to listen to positive affirmations that invite us to value ourselves, we must keep in mind that we are people made in the image and likeness of the creator, the all powerful, he took care of every detail, he took the time to perfect each line of expression in each of us, we are perfect with the qualities we have, internally and externally and that is something we must recognize and understand, in this way Mauricio Alen and Itala Rodriguez made us understand "God made you so well".

Last week was incredible, I had a very special participation, I was in charge of the dynamic part, the music that was going to make the environment extraordinarily unforgettable and to make a short video where I highlighted my role as a mom and teacher, there were so many things I wanted to express, but the time was very short (30 seconds).

However, part of it I shared in Wednesday's activity, we are so warriors that we have the potential to become multifunctional, we can fulfill the responsibilities of the home, We know how many people can eat with a kilo of rice to the amount of clothes that can be washed with a certain amount of detergent and not only that, we organize ourselves every day to become architects of dreams and be a bridge for the relay generation of tomorrow, we get home and continue with our responsibilities, but all this is comforted by the title of the song that I present below "Mom" Anabella Queen and this is one of the best virtues of being a woman.

If there is something that gives me great satisfaction is to be part of the agents of change in the world, but I also love intensely my role as a mom, this is one of my dreams come true that I enjoy the most and despite the great complexities that this accompanies, I want to continue being the strength of my children, their love drives me and motivates me in the complicated days and always bring out the best of me facets.

Saludos cariñosos apreciados amigos lectores y fieles amantes de la música. Espero que todos estén teniendo un excelente y bendecido inicio de semana que todo lo que emprendan este respaldado por el padre eterno y consoliden nuevos propósitos para su vida.

La semana pasada conmemoramos el día internacional de la mujer y en una de las instituciones donde laboro decidimos tomarnos toda una semana para homenajear las grandes virtudes que rodean a las mujeres y muy especialmente a las que conforman nuestra comunidad. Por lo tanto, decidimos disponer de un día para resaltar cada uno de sus valores y cualidades.

El primer día resaltamos el brillo que caracteriza a las mujeres, a todas aquellas que han decidido emprender su propio negocio, que no le han dado importancia alguna a ser juzgada por la sociedad y se han atrevido a soñar. Las mujeres nos hemos empoderado con el pasar de los tiempos, a tal manera que hemos sobrepasado los límites y expectativas de la misma sociedad que nos ha forjado.

Es así como llega este hermoso tema que ha sido designado como una de las canciones especiales para este día “Brillo de mujer” Ivan Ricardi womans day shine girl. Esta canción me hizo recordar al proceso de metamorfosis de la mariposa, mientras se va transformando se va perfeccionando en su proceso, mientras nosotras las mujeres continuemos siendo luchadoras, ese brillo intenso que nos caracteriza resplandecerá todos los días de nuestras vidas, por eso la invitación continua de esta semana y de todos los días de nuestra vida debe ser a no darnos por vencida y a vestirnos de perseverancia y optimismo todos los días.

Fue verdaderamente increíble la receptividad de las personas, como los videos realizados se hicieron virales por los distintos estados del whatsApp, a tal punto que el día miércoles de la semana pasada decidimos realizar una mini conferencia para aquellas valientes que sacara un espacio de su interesante tiempo para ser consentidas, compartir un tiempo de recreación en medio de buena música, nutrir sus conocimientos y hasta animarse a bailar. Este tiempo fue muy emotivo hubo muchas lágrimas en medio de las historias de vidas, pero del mismo todas nos reconfortamos con las experiencias de otras.

A veces no es tan evidente la necesidad urgente que como seres humanos tenemos de escuchar afirmaciones positivas que nos inviten a auto valorarnos, debemos tener presente que somos personas hechas a imagen y semejanza de el creador, del todo poderoso, el cuido cada detalle, se tomó el tiempo correspondiente para perfeccionar cada línea de expresión en cada una de nosotras, somos perfectas con las cualidades que tenemos, interna y externamente y eso es algo que debemos reconocer y comprender, de esta manera nos lo hace entender Mauricio Alen e Itala Rodríguez “Dios te hizo tan bien”.

La semana pasada fue increíble, tuve una participación muy especial, me toco encargarme de la parte dinámica, las músicas que iban a hacer del ambiente extraordinariamente inolvidable y de realizar un corto video donde resaltara mi rol de mamá y de docente, eran tantas las cosas que quería expresar, pero el tiempo era muy corto (30 segundos).

Sin embargo, parte de ello lo compartí en la actividad del miércoles, somos tan guerreras que tenemos el potencial de convertirnos en multifuncionales, podemos cumplir con las responsabilidades del hogar, ser administradora financiera, sabemos la cantidad de personas que pueden comer con kilo de arroz hasta la cantidad de ropa que se lava con un una cantidad determinada de detergente y no solo eso nos organizamos todos los días para convertirnos en arquitectas de sueños y ser de puente para la generación de relevo del mañana, llegamos a casa y continuamos con nuestras responsabilidades, pero todo ello lo reconforta el título de la canción que les presento a continuación “Mamá” Anabella Queen y esta es una de las mejores virtudes de ser mujer.

Si hay algo que me produce gran satisfacción es el poder ser parte de los agentes de cambio del mundo, pero también amo intensamente mi rol de mamá, este es uno de mis sueños hecho realidad que más disfruto y muy a pesar de las grandes complejidades que esto acompaña, deseo continuar siendo la fortaleza de mis hijos, su amor me impulsa y motiva en los días complicados y siempre sacan lo mejor de mí facetas.
