Hello people of Afri-tunes community and all music lovers, I trust we're doing great. It's Afri-tunes week 97, and for this wonderful week I'll be sharing with us a cover of a song titled "ope mi" by Pita.

"Ope mi" in English means "my thanks" Our thanks to God should not be seasonal but everytime and everyday, because his mercy, grace, favour, blessings to mankind is not seasonal aswell they are new every morning, great is God's faithfulness.
Imagine when you do something for someone even when that thing was not convenient for you, still you did your best so as just to help the person and make him or her happy and after all your effort, the person couldn't say "thank you." As human how would you feel? will you still be eager to help that kind of person the next time when they come to you for help? absolutely NO and you'll also feel bad because they couldn't appreciate what you've done for them.

So also it applies to God and human, God is our provider, our protector, our helper, our great physician, the one fighting our battles, yet are we grateful for all these things? We should definitely be grateful to God, because no man can do all these things for us, and even when they try, it usually end up being a scam at the long run, also it's never by our power nor by our might that we're where we are today but by the mercies of God, so we should be forever grateful for this great privilege.

I hope you'll enjoy my Acapella version of the song, thanks.

SONG LYRICS
My praise will never be enough
My worship is more than just a song
You love me more than I deserve
More than I deserve
I’ll praise you till the end of days
I’ll praise you
I’ll sing and shout your name
You love me more than I deserve
More than I deserve

Ope mi koito
Ojojumo ni wo ma dupe
Eje ka yin Olorun logo
