Yesterday I had a long day. I started out in the morning to train someone. Then later I went to Ikea with my boss to buy some stuff for the office. I ended up falling asleep a bit earlier than I usually sleep so my three tune tuesday post hosted by ablaze is a bit later than I usually post. I will be sharing three songs from Sam Lin. I actually found Sam Lin recently through YouTube and I feel he is under the radar.

#1. 終遇見 Encounter Eventually - Sam Lin

I thought this was a good opening song to introduce Sam Lin. Although the lyrics are a bit towards the sad side, I couldn't feel it. I'm not sure what instrument it is but it sounds a bit like whistling in the background that made the song catchy for me. The song is about hoping to meet a certain someone again. The person is optimistic that they will some day meet again someone that was special to them.

#2. Beautiful Girl - Sam Lin

Beautiful Girl is a sweet love song. I like the mix of English and Chinese. The lyrics are simple with a nice gentle melody. The song is about a guy that is completely in love with another girl. She's the only one he sees and thinks she's perfect just the way she is.

#3. Never Too Late - Sam Lin

I saved what I believe to be his best song for last. This is another song where I love the mix of English and Chinese. I thought the violin being thrown in the song was awesome. I also love the meaning of the lyrics of this song. The lyrics is about someone that risked it all and went for their dream. This can be taken from the lyrics "Left my home, Didn’t have much to show". Based on the lyrics "Found my own way, Never too late ", I think the person has found success following their dream. I feel there is a focus on following your dream and believing in yourself that you can make it.
