It's Tuesday and as usual I will be sharing three songs for three tune Tuesday hosted by ablaze. Today, I want to share three songs from Keshi! Most of his songs fall under that R&B, lo-fi type of music. He's a Viet American born in Texas and according to the internet he got famous from sound cloud. He quit a job as a nurse to pursue singing by singing with Island Records. If you want to know more about him, you can find it by googling.

#1. Dream - keshi

I want to start with his newest song! This song was released about 11 days ago and honestly, I think it's underrated. The song is very gentle with a nice, simple melody and simple yet powerful lyrics. The song is about a guy having a new relationship and it's a good one hence the dream part of the lyrics "She’s a dream The best thing to happen to me". Despite this, he has some regrets of a past relationship because he has nightmares wishing that it should've been his ex which can be taken form the lryics "But I have nightmares it should’ve been you".

#2. Limbo - keshi

Now limbo is another nice song and I'm not too completely sure about the meaning for this song. Based on the lyrics, I feel the song is about being stuck between two things hence "limbo". I believe he's kind of stuck showing his true self and showing that "perfect version of himself" that he fakes for others to see. He's possibly questioning his life and trying to figure it all out.

#3. drunk - Keshi

Drunk is his most popular song. I love the acoustic and the lyrics for this song. I believe this song is about missing someone from a past relationship. It doesn't matter what he does whether it being hanging out with his friends and getting drunk; it just doesn't feel the same without that person from the past relationship. They feel lonely and can't seem to move on from the past relationship it seems.
