It's been a while since I shared three songs for Three Tune Tuesdays. I've been a bit busy and even now I'm a bit late for this post but I'm still going to get to it. I discovered this singer named BK recently from YouTube. He's a rapper and I feel most of his songs fit in that love or emo genre but I love how it's incorporated with rap. I hope you like one of the songs that I shared today.

給妳的愛 (Love for you) - BK

I want to start out with a bang. This song gives a big hit in the music to wake you up. I love the rap in this song. It's about a guy that hasn't got over a girl that he recently broke up with. He's finding it hard to sleep. He keeps thinking about her and he feels a bit lost. He knows there's no going back to how it was before and it makes him a bit sad that he has to eventually accept and move on. I also think it's cool that there was no music video here. The rose on fire image is actually a great way to explain the meaning of the song with just one image.

第一次見妳的我 (Me when I first saw you) - BK x Vigoz

Now this is an interesting song because it's a rap but a bit of a duet with the girl saying a few lyrics. Honestly, I think this song would've been better without the girl voice in the song. Anyways, I also like the rap in this song. The rap about this song is reminiscing about the first time encounter with someone you love. It could be about a current relationship and looking back to when they first met and then looking how it came from there to now. It looks at the growth from the start until now.

你知道你比晚霞好看嗎 (Do you know that you're more beautiful than the sunset?) - Tr33 x BK x Seluu

This is the song that got recommended to me on Youtube which is how I discovered this singer initially. I found the beat and melody of the song super catchy. This song isn't as rappy as his usual songs. According to the bio on Youtube, the song is about four friends where two became lovers and the other two just followed them around. I have no idea if this is based on a true story but it's interesting that they shared that. Based on the lyrics though, it's clearly a love song and a bit of a confession. The person in the song is completely in love with this girl and wants her to accept the relationship or marriage.
