Three Tunes Thursday

It hasn't been an easy week after all things considered.
Decided to lock in and seems like I've been locked out of my own mind, fell sick, productivity taken a nose dive and it seems the more I force it the more mediocre the work becomes.

But alas this isn't a crash out post, as it probably should be.
This is meant to be a three tune Tuesday post, but I was sick on Tuesday (so sick that the glare for my phone made my eyes hurt and the idea of even listening to music and dissecting it made my heart ache).
Tuesday was the last bit of sickness though, thankfully once I begin recovering things go back to normal pretty quickly, in a span of a day I can go from being admitted to the hospital to wanting to run and dance to music.
So Wednesday I was up and running, went to work even and had decided on getting back to normal routine, then generator troubles and a whole lot of stress that a (just recovered) person shouldn't have to go through.
By the time I had sort everything out, 10pm, it took all energy I had to go wash up and without warning I'd logged off this conscious Earth.

There's a saying I've posted here before, the 2 Day Rule
How when you willingly miss 2 days off a routine, you've started another routine of missing the routine.

Well that's what I'm going through now and it's why I'm forcing this post out.
So enough with the background, here we go!!

Three Tunes Thursday

Thankfully, when I'm feeling normal, music is never far from my ears and I've got the tunes for you till next week Tuesday even.
Here's the first one.

- Supermodel ~ MÅNESKIN

To be honest, I don't know how this song entered my offline playlist shuffle and this isn't the first time I'm hearing it either, thus meaning it's been recognized as a song I have listened to online thrice or more.

Just to point out I don't know this MÅNESKIN guy, this is his only song I have or know, but it's a fun song, a song I heard by chance, but keep listening to by choice.

- Zenzenzense ~ Radwimps

I created an anime playlist, tired of having to search for my anime songs individually it's best they're all in one place.
When creating this folder, I was referred other anime songs and this is just one of em.
Radwimps, the same band behind the magical song Suzume had released an even more magical song 4 years back.
This song Zenzenzense was for the anime movie Your Name, one that has been on my list to watch for a while now. (Guess this is my alarm to download it)

Someone said that anime songs aren't just songs, they're emotions, and bands like Radwimps make you truly see that.

- Lagos ~ Seyi Vibes

I'll have to say, this one was really just a chance exploration for me, but it has made me think of other Nigerian musicians.
Seki Vibes isn't one of the well known of the Rema generation, he certainly isn't one I hear much of, but his following is tight and strong, thus I decided to hear what makes them love him so.

The first song of his last album is one that stuck with me hard. The trials of life in Nigeria especially in Lagos where a lot of things can happen.
This song talks about his trials in the state and just how lawless it can be.

Would this be counted as an entry @ablaze?

I really can't say, yet still this is it.

Whoever may come across this, I wonder which of these songs are your favorites?
