Lost Songs 🎶

I just realized that I missed last week #ttt entry due to My Silver Wishlist posts.
Regardless of a spot in my attendance, it helped me to take a break and actually hear some new quality tunes😭✨

This month I really went through some self looking into and I discovered some changes in my lifestyle from last year's Christmas.
There was a bit of change, pain and gain, some losses too.
Some projects on hive that I had slacked on, some I jumped on and such.
In my music life the change showed especially.
Introducing of new artists made me forget the old ones.
Well throughout the night of Christmas and early morning of boxing day I've made 2 posts + this one making it 3 posts while listening to the new songs of these forgotten artists and indeed I've been welcomed back warmly 🥺✨

Lace It - Juice Wrld ft Eminem

Since his death and the circumstances surrounding it, I'm one of those once loyal fans who has simply swept him under the rug😔
Regardless I've dusted out his account back in Deezer and I discovered this musical gem🥺
In this posthumous single, we hear the voice of one of the most loved hip-hop artists and one of the biggest rap professionals ever to grace the musical industry.
Juice Wrld and Eminem talks about their drug life and how destructive and addicting it was for them.

Devil's Work 2 - Joyner Lucas

Joyner Lucas was one musical voice of my past that I was particularly moved with.
I loved all his single and some select few from his albums because of his lyrical skill and great storytelling ability.
Will, Isis, Ross Capichionni, and Devil's Work were some of my personal favorites.
Devil's Work 2 is the second installment to Devil's Work. The two songs are a prayer parody of sorts in when Joyner prays to God and asks him why about the major deaths in the entertainment, media and government.
The aim of this song is somewhat of a shout-out and a wake to these great personalities who were taken unexpectedly from the world.
Having lost some folks this year personally myself, I'm especially moved by this song and I love the thought and the amount of heart that can be felt in it❤️✨🔥

Broski - Joyner Lucas

This is another song of his that I just heard.
This beautiful ballad tells the story of two best friends who have been friends since childhood.
One of the friends grows to fame and the other friends expresses his support and love for him.
The song goes more detailed than that but I wouldn't want to spoil it cause it's quite experience.
All in all this is a beautiful song that expresses the complexities that may arise between close friends when money, game and power come into play.

Another theme that I've experienced in my life this past year🙂

I remember wanting my last #ttt of the year to end with an outro song as my first #ttt entry was with song intro's.
Since this is the last and before I'll have to do it again would be in another 365 days _{(or 366, depends on February's mood😂)}
Thus in that aspect I'll drop one bonus outro tune.
