Album Makers 🎶🎵
Even the greatest musician's can't make an album with all songs being fire, and even if all songs are dope, there's always that one song that is special in the album.
The one song that makes the album, the album maker.
Throughout my many years of listening to music, I've listened to many albums; the good, the bad, the great, and the downright ugly.
One thing I've noticed is that there's always an album make in every one. One song that readily outshines the others in the album, it makes more waves and brings the album to more light.
There are times that there are more than one album making songs, although these instances are unbelievably rare and almost only happens to the albums of artists with incredible talent and wit.
An example is in the Album of renowned Rapper Eminem, The Death of Slim Shady (La coup de grace).
It had three songs that stood out, they being Fuel, Houdini and Tobey
Tobey~Eminem ft Big Sean and BabyTron
This song is one that I was so shocked to hear in the album.
It was distinctly different, having a standard flow and simple yet enthralling rhyme scheme.
It's a sort of adage to Tobey Maguire, the American actor who first played Spiderman and who paved the way for young actors in the same role.
Eminem then reflected in such action using himself as Tobey which helped in putting others on stage.
It was a clever ingenious trick and it indeed made the song blow way more than many more in the album....
That and the fact that the song in itself is so storming goodðŸ˜ðŸ”¥
Thinking Out Loud ~ Ed Sheeran
This album had a lot of lovely songs, yet none beat this iconic tune of love.
Ed Sheeran is a lovely artist whose voice pulls on the heartstrings but while doing this song, the raw emotion was felt and passed through.
It was popular, it was more than popular, it was a rage and a clear album maker..
Money Trees ~ Kendrick Lamar feat Jay Rock
Most people would argue that this song is popular because of the feature of Jay.
Yet I feel that this song truly portrays the feel of its album "Good Kid Maad City" as it talks about the wishes of a young lad in search for money, fame and peace.
I guess I could lay my case and people would still deny it, so I'mma just drop the track and allow y'all to choose to believe.
That's it for my #threetunestuesday entry for today.
The most popular tracks on the albums...
What did you think about the songs?
