The Empty Threats - Hope Deny

The Empty Threats are a band from Adelaide, Australia. They formed in 2017 as a quartet, but now there are six of them.
Arm the queers is their slogan.

To date, they have released two EPs and two albums. They play a mix of modern post-punk, noise elements, Australian art rock, and a bit of synth thrown in songs.

Intense and energetic, loud and raw, but also melodic post-punk with an Australian touch.

The song Hope Deny is from their latest album, Happy Birthday, released in September 2025.
The video is part of a performance at the MKNŽ rock club, Ilirska Bistrica, Slovenija, 4.10.2025.
