...y al cuatro se le rompió una cuerda. Esto ha sido problemático. Hoy a última hora fue que se se me ocurrió grabar con el teclado y recordé una canción que entonaba mucho mi tía Amanda, Una canción antigua que quizá no hayan oído. La canción se llama "Lejanía"
Estando en casa de mis comadres dicen que nunca la habían oído. Resulta que además de mi tía Amanda también la cantaron la Rondalla.Venezolana y el gran cantante mexicano Marco Antonio Muñiz la grabó en un disco dedicado a Venezuela.
Bueno, acá estoy hoy, recordando mi niñez y a mí tía Amanda en casa de mis comadres @ordi y @petronila. Acá vine a ayudarlas a hacer las hallacas
y el lado previo fue montar arbolito. Y pesebre
Y luego compartir las historias de amor y dolor de las largas caminatas para conseguir los ingredientes más económicos para - luego de comprados - descubrir que en un negocio muy cercano ¡Estaban más baratos!
Pero esos son gajes del oficio.
Volviendo a la canción, habla de una distancia del ser amado, un amor que quedó en el ayer pero cuya dulzura se prolonga hasta el momento. No es la nostalgia triste del "ya no estás" sino la dulce gratitud "porque estuviste" y a pesar de que el volver se espera con ansias todo se vuelve una dulce melodía.
Y es que la huella de un amor verdadero solo puede dejarnos dulzura aún cuando esté marcado por la ausencia y está canción lo expresa muy bellamente con una fina poesía
El autor es Luis Felipe Ramón y Rivera quien compuso ese vals en 1949

And the mark of a true love can only leave us sweetness even when it is marked by absence and this song expresses it very beautifully with fine poetry.
