Estamos en la semana 164 del Hive Music Festival, en su ronda #2. En esta oportunidad deseo compartir con ustedes una canciòn del cantautor argentino Piero. Acá en Venezuela él popularizó tres temas: "Mi viejo" , "Tengo la piel cansada de la tarde" y "Si vos te vas". De esos tres temas uno se ha convertido en un clàsico que se escucha todos los años. Es el canto "Mi viejo" pero que acà llamamos "Viejo, mi querido viejo". Cada Día del Padre suena en muchos progrmas de radio y se canta en vivo en muchos lugares. We are in week 164 of the Hive Music Festival, in its round #2. On this occasion I want to share with you a song by the Argentine singer-songwriter Piero. Por mi parte la canción que traigo hoy es "Si vos te vas". En Argentina existe el "voseo" que en lugar del "tù" o el "usted" se utiliza el "vos", les diré a manera de anècdota que hay una regiòn en Venezuela, especificamente el estado Zulia, donde tambièn se utiliza el voseo, pero tiene alguna diferencia con Argentina el hecho de que allà dicen , por ekjemplo, "Vos sabès", y acà en el Zulia dicen "Vos sabèis". En el Zulia se dirìa no "Si vos te vas" sino "Si vos te vais"

"Si vos te vas" explora una posible despedida, con un "si" condicional...menciona una situación problemàtica en una pareja que tuvo "tanto" y ahora casi no tinen nada, que no consiguen ni temas de conversaciòn. Hay una tristeza en la melodìa y en la letra, pero a la vez no hay reproches, ni resentimientos. Mas bien, quien protagoniza la pieza pide a quien quizà se vaya, que si lo hace, quiere que le recuerde y le asegura que por su parte no habra olvido y quizà en un futuro se vuelvan a encontrar. Tal vez esa frase lleva implìcita una esperanza de que pasando el tiempo, en ese encuentro hipotètico, entonces se pueda retomar la relaciòn, y esta vez sí logre funcionar de manera permanente.

"Si vos te vas" (If you go) -+explores a possible farewell, with a conditional "if"... it mentions a problematic situation in a couple who had "so much" and now have almost nothing, who can't even find topics to talk about. There is a sadness in the melody and in the lyrics, but at the same time there are no reproaches or resentments. Rather, the protagonist of the piece asks whoever may leave, that if she does, he wants her to remember him and assures her that for his part he will not have forgotten and perhaps in the future they will meet again. Perhaps that phrase carries an implicit hope that as time passes, in that hypothetical encounter, the relationship can then be resumed, and this time it will manage to work permanently.

Tendrìa yo alrededor de 8 ò 9 años cuando esta canciòn sonaba mucho y siempre me gustò. Es la ùnica de esa trìada de èxitos de Piero que no habìa grabado para Hive. Llegó el momento.Con frecuencia traigo canciones sacadas del "baùl " de los recuerdos - los mìos y tambièn los de algunos de ustedes - . Espero que esta canciòn les despierte recuerdos bonitos a quienes ya peinan canas y sea grata para quienes la escuchen por primera vez.
