Hoy les traigo una nueva publicación relacionada a mi proyecto de ilustración de nombre URBANITO, donde el personaje homónimo aparece dibujado haciendo alusión al rapero puertorriqueño y una de las imágenes más conocidas de él. A continuación les muestro el proceso para su elaboración.

Hello, Hive Community! Today I’m sharing a new post related to my illustration project called URBANITO, in which the eponymous character is depicted in a nod to the Puerto Rican rapper and one of his most famous images. Below, I’ll walk you through the process of creating it.

El primer paso fue dibujar un boceto del personaje con un lápiz HB.

The first step was to sketch the character with an HB pencil.

Después, lo entinté usando un bolígrafo negro y después un marcador negro.

Then I inked it using a black pen and then a black marker.

Por último, pasé la imagen anterior por la opción Umbral de Photoshop CS6 para digitalizarla.

Finally, I ran the previous image through the Threshold filter in Photoshop CS6 to digitize it.
