¡Hola, Comunidad de Hive! Hoy les comparto un nuevo dibujo que corresponde a mi proyecto de ilustración para redes sociales llamado URBANITO. En esta ocasión, presento al personaje homónimo vestido como el icónico cantante de salsa HÉCTOR LAVOE, que entre distintos apodos, se le conoce como "El Cantante de los Cantantes". A continuación les muestro el proceso que seguí para este dibujo.

Hello, Hive Community! Today I share with you a new drawing that corresponds to my illustration project for social networks called URBANITO. This time, I present the homonymous character dressed as the iconic salsa singer HÉCTOR LAVOE, who among different nicknames, is known as "El Cantante de los Cantantes" (The Singer of the Singers). Below I show you the process I followed for this drawing.

El primer paso fue hacer un boceto del personaje con lápiz en un pedazo de papel.

The first step was to make a pencil sketch of the character on a piece of paper.

Lo siguiente fue entintarlo, usando un marcador negro de punta fina.

The next thing was to ink it, using a fine tip black marker.

Por último, pasé la imagen anterior por la opción Umbral de Photoshop CS6, digitalizando así el dibujo y separando el blanco y negro.

Finally, I ran the previous image through the Threshold option in Photoshop CS6, thus digitizing the drawing and separating the black and white.
