The theme for week 213 is extraordinary, self-love is very important for ourselves. That self-love is very important because self-love is the main foundation for building trust, mental well-being, healthy relationships, and the ability to make good decisions. , which together form an important foundation for happiness and satisfaction in our lives.

and there is one saying from my parents that I remember about that, he said "love yourself first, to what extent you love yourself and to what extent you know yourself, that loving and knowing yourself is very important for your life in the future. because if you "Have learned to love yourself, you will be able to love other people or your family and lover."

From this theme, we can learn a lot to know ourselves, love ourselves as we are, and this is also very useful for our daily lives.

that whatever mistakes you make, whether intentional or not, forgive yourself by knowing that you are not perfect, there will always be shortcomings and problems that come your way. and also to always build self-confidence, by always being honest with yourself, being honest that sometimes you do have certain limits regarding your abilities and other things. Forgive what has passed and always forgive your little heart, that sometimes it is difficult for you. to thank ourselves, who have fought tooth and nail to survive every day, that in reality anything that is forced is not good, and we must continue to remind ourselves that "feeling enough" is important.
