hello friends welcome back to the #openmic event for all of us held by this community. and welcome also to my blog @samuelstifen. and I am very grateful to my friends who always support me to work to be better. yes also you are great musicians who make me amazed with your friends' talents and become a motivation for me to make my musical work better hopefully you can enjoy my work and enjoy it.

hive open mic week 262 we have the theme of holy week. this is an extraordinary theme for us Christians is a big week a big day and a very sad day can also be said. yes because this is to remind us of the death of Jesus Christ who was crucified to atone for the sins of humanity including my sins too. although this is a special day but today can also be said to be a sad day because to remember his sacrifice to atone for our sins.

as a remembrance of the death of the Lord Jesus Christ I bring a song entitled karena salibmu (because of your cross) from jpcc worship.

maybe you already know before I also brought some other songs from jpcc worship too. jpcc worship is a church service band, jpcc worship has developed and is known by every spiritual music in Asia. hopefully you can enjoy the songs from this band.

the song because of your cross that I bring has a great meaning and a deep enough message for us personally. this song is about the grace of God given through the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross. This song invites us to reflect on the gift of salvation given by Jesus Christ. and there are many song messages that we might take such as, Acknowledging human weaknesses and sins committed, Jesus was willing to suffer and die on the cross to atone for human sins
Jesus gives salvation and new life to humans
Jesus shows how great God's love is who is willing to give His Son as a ransom for humans
Contemplating how great and beautiful the gift of salvation is given to us and maybe we can reflect and be grateful that our lives are now replaced with his crucified life.

Hopefully this song will be a song that friends can enjoy on this beautiful day. Thank you to the openmic team who always give their energy and time to hold this event continuously.
