A SUNDAY WELL SPENT WITH MUSIC, MEMORIES, AND LAUGHTER

Good day, everyone!!
Are we all doing wonderful? If so, I’m more than glad. Welcome back to another journey with me. Today, I’d like to share my experience earlier at our church. I honestly missed you all, I hope you missed me too. 😂 I’ve always wanted to share my daily experiences here, but laziness keeps dragging me down haha. So here I am today, sharing a moment from earlier. Let’s start!

This is me with my fellow churchmates, taking pictures after we practiced for our performance this coming Sunday. It’s actually our church anniversary, so we’re preparing something special for that day and we were really having fun! This was around 2 PM, since that’s our only free time after the service. We took advantage of it and practiced so hard. I could barely feel my legs. I was so tired. Even now while writing this, I can still feel the pain haha.

Also, I’ve been staring at the computer for hours editing a school project, so my shoulders are aching and feel really stiff. 😩

Anyway, back to the topic, we practiced our dance performance and also trained to play instruments since we’re part of the next generation who will lead praise and worship.

It was super fun, though exhausting. We laughed while learning, and that’s what made it so memorable. It’s probably one of my most unforgettable moments this June. I mean, all I did before classes started was bed rotting 😂 and now that classes have begun, I’ve just been doing the usual stuff—plus, of course, watching anime haha.

Here’s my vocal partner. We’ve known each other since we were kids, so we really get along well compared to the other churchmates here. We are both singers at our church and we’ve been through challenging practices together, even chores haha. Right now, we are both backup singers since we are still in training, but maybe sooner than we expect, we will become the main leads.

During the instrument practice, the two of us were just taking pictures because we cannot practice any instruments at the moment. We have to focus on controlling our voices, but we ended up just having fun and continued taking pictures haha.

A little later, we decided to join them. We were probably just bored. I started playing the piano while she was holding the bass. I am not sure if she was actually playing it or just holding it for fun haha.

What you see here are my juniors. These cutie patooties were just there while I was taking random selfies. I ended up facing their way, and they suddenly posed. So I joined in and struck a pose too. It turned out so cute and funny at the same time. I really love being with these two pianists. You heard it right, our two pianists. I feel proud to be their senior, even though I can barely play any instruments haha.
