Three Tune Tuesday : More Beach House
It's been a bit since I've posted on @ablaze 's #threetunetuesday, but I finally got back to it. I've been bad at keeping up with all things Hive; Hive, Splinterlands, Hive, Splinterlands...I've just had a difficult time keeping up daily with it all with the new job. Hopefully, I can start afresh in the new year...and start a bit now.
I'm returning to a dream pop band I shared with some time ago, and I remember buying their 2022 album just about this time last year. So here are three random songs I thought I'd start with to help those interested in dream pop.

Here is a classic Beach House sound to start it all...synths, rolling in guitars, and a driving beat. The real charm to Beach House, if you find stuff like this charming, kicks in around 1:20. Lots of blurry shoegaze going on as the goes on...a bit of a sped-up track to kick this #TTT off.

A change of pace for the Beach House...this one goes more acoustic from the start. This one speaks to death, and I'm guessing the idea of returning to the earth and carrying on the great work of the Sun. Just a guess...I'm sensing a bit of Gnosticism in here too, but that's just a random hunch.

One of my favorites on this album. This one sounds like something from the 80's, and I think is one of the best tracks in this massive, White Album esque record.

Interesting music, here! I enjoyed how the first seemed to keep picking up as the song went on, though I'll admit I enjoyed the second, more acoustic, song the most of the three.
