Today I want to share with you my new piece of music - 100 Lotuses, this is cinematic music, with a drop of Asian trap music and live instruments. Let's go! 🌺

About:

The theme of cinematic music caught my attention, I emphasized one important point for myself - that working with live instruments is very important, composing melodies with mood and colorful motifs, this is a tremendous experience in creating music in general. Today I combined several different genres, namely cinematic music and trap beats, I have never done such a symbiosis before, so this is a debut experimental track. A cozy musical vibe became my priority when working on this composition; I just wanted to create a positive atmosphere. Recently, I’ve been heavily involved in calligraphy and developing my own alphabet. Soon, by the way, I’ll write a post about this and tell you in more detail and show how it works. I mainly write to old classical Chinese traditional music, and apparently this motivated me to make a track with an Asian accent. . Not being afraid to experiment, I noticed that I was getting quite interesting results in writing music, this makes me very happy and even more inspires me to take on new musical challenges.

I was interested in trying to make a trap beat for this track, I just wanted to hear how it would look in practice and it worked and I think such a combo has the right to life. A series of experiments is an unpredictable result, but without this my curiosity will not give me peace. I like that the versatility of musical genres allows music authors to find something of their own, gives us the opportunity to hear this or that composition in a different manner, from this new ideas and, accordingly, new subgenres are born. Music for cinema, by its very nature, should always carry some kind of emotion and evoke certain feelings in the listener or something like that, in some moments this can complement the picture or scene. In the future, I have many interesting ideas that I have to bring to life, this applies not only to music but also to writing, and creating videos, photos, but one thing will remain unchanged - all this will be accompanied by music, so music is here for me anyway in first place in terms of priorities, hehe.
