Just run the satirical campaign, satire is an art form and comedians exist XD It's just something fun and different you're doing in between your usual to lighten the mood of all the less fun stuff that all organisations face, surely they understand because they don't act like that so it's not aimed at them right ;D

LOL... as a small fish, it probably isn't wise to piss off the big fish... even if it is hilarious.
I mean sometimes they need to be pissed off so they don't get so full of themselves but I guess you could also just be the bigger fish(?!) and keep succeeding at your thing even if you're not technically "meant" to because you're not doing things "properly" XD
