Hive Music Festival Semana 145 round 1 “Habanera Tú” @rut.hernandez06 ESP/ENG

Buenas noches!! Espero que estén bien y que pasaran una hermosa semana. En el día de hoy hago mi entrada a la semana 145 con otro instrumental de laud, Habanera Tú.

Habanera Tú es un instrumental creado por el musico cubano Eduardo Sanchez. Él creó diferentes instrumentales de la musica cubana que gozaron de mucho exito y son realmente preciosos como Yo se de un beso, La Volanta y Rosalinda.

Habanera tu, comienza con un tono menor triste y nostálgico pero despues pasa a una melodia mas alegre.

Este es el primer tema que aprendí al laud como ya habia mencionado en el post anterior, con este tema me presenté a un concurso escolar en mi escuela de musica y gané como solista aunque realmente se escucha mucho mas bonito con un acompañamiento pero en aquel momento estabamos todos en el primer año con diez años los muchachos de guitarra no sabian acompañamiento asi que no tenía y en mi escuela no habian de grados mayores por ser el primer año en que se fundó y no teniamos mucho de quien aprender ademas de lo que nos enseñan en los metodos y todo lo de la escuela.

Todavia recuerdo con nostalgia ese tiempo donde nos poniamos a cantar en un piano por la noche en el autoestudio en la beca y a sacar melodias. Aunque fuera una beca y extrañaba mi casa y queria ver a mi mama mi abuela y mis primas cuando pasa el tiempo te das cuenta que realmente extrañas esos tiempos y solo queda recordarlos porque no volveran.

Espero que les guste mi interpretación y que tengan una hermosa semana. Y recuerden siempre disfrutar cada dia que despues recordaran estos momentos como algo preciado que no volverán.

Good evening!! I hope you're all doing well and had a beautiful week. Today I begin week 145 with another instrumental for the laúd, Habanera Tú.

Habanera Tú is an instrumental piece created by Cuban musician Eduardo Sánchez. He composed various Cuban instrumentals that enjoyed great success and are truly beautiful, such as Yo sé de un beso, La Volanta, and Rosalinda.

Habanera Tú begins with a sad and nostalgic minor tone but later transitions to a more cheerful melody.

This is the first piece I learned on the laúd, as I mentioned in my previous post. I performed it at a school music competition and won as a soloist. Although it sounds much more beautiful with accompaniment, at that time we were all in our first year, just ten years old, and the guitar students didn’t know how to accompany yet. Our school had no higher-grade students because it had only just been founded, and we didn’t have many people to learn from apart from what was taught in the methods and school curriculum.

I still remember with nostalgia those times when we would sing around a piano at night during self-study time at the dorm and try to figure out melodies. Even though it was a boarding school and I missed my home and wanted to see my mom, grandma, and cousins, as time goes on you realize how much you truly miss those moments—and all that's left is to remember them, because they won't return.
