It's A Dead Man's Party - Three Tune Tuesday!

The 80's produced such an incredible amount of creativity, I almost would say the US peaked then. I grew up in the 80's so the decade will always have a magical place in my heart & memories. With that, here are some 80's hits that you may or may not have heard of.

First up, Oingo Boingo. Oingo Boingo was fronted by Danny Elfman, the most prolific movie theme composer ever. They had many hits in the 80's, but Weird Science was awesome because it went along with the hit movie of the same name.

Oingo Boingo - Weird Science

Keeping with the "weird" theme, this song was a strange hit, that would probably be canceled these days before it even hit the air.

Wall Of Voodoo - Mexican Radio

Lasty, let's finish up with another odd song that was a huge hit because of the movie it was in, Ferriis Bueler's Day Off.

Yello - Oh Yea

The music of the 80's was amazing. So many styles, so many new sounds. It will always be the defining era for music in my mind. Hope you liked the tunes because there are more coming next week!

Thanks for listening!

Thanks to @boxcarblue for introducing me to #TTT and @ablaze for dreaming it up.
