Hello, Open Mic family and friends! It’s an honor to participate in this musical event in the company of so many exceptional musicians. The theme for this 259th addition is Spring Bloom, a very beautiful topic to reflect on.
Although in the tropics where I find myself we don't have the 4 seasons, we know by general culture that spring is a very beautiful time, when I think of it I think of sunny days, flowers, colorful gardens and a joyful atmosphere. I have always heard and read that this time of the year is ideal to cultivate spirituality, seek the elevation of consciousness and increase our energy and creativity. I believe that spring represents hope, restoration, a new beginning and a time of reflection for human beings.
Today I present a cover of the song Siempre te Amaré (I Will Always Love You) by the Argentine gospel singer Athenas Venica, from the album Me Basta tu Gracia, released in 2016. I bring this song apropos of the theme, since spring is a time of rejoicing and seeking God's love. In the lyrics it is God himself who speaks to us, telling us that he knows us and loves us just as we are with our faults and virtues. There is nothing more beautiful and hopeful than to know that we are loved by our Lord. Have a happy spring season, I hope you like my presentation.
¡Hola, familia y amigos de Open Mic! Un honor participar en este evento musical en compañía de tantos músicos excepcionales. La temática en esta adición 259 es La Primavera Florece, un tópico muy hermoso para reflexionar.
Aunque en el trópico en el que me encuentro no se dan las 4 estaciones, sabemos por cultura general que la primavera es una época muy bonita, cuando pienso en ella pienso días soleados, flores, jardines coloridos y un ambiente alegre. Siempre he escuchado y leído que esta época del año es ideal para cultivar la espiritualidad, procurar la elevación de la conciencia y aumentar nuestra energía y creatividad. Creo que la primavera representa esperanza, restauración, un nuevo comienzo y un tiempo de reflexión para el ser humano.
El día de hoy les presento un cover de la canción Siempre te Amaré de la cantante de música góspel argentina Athenas Venica, perteneciente al álbum Me Basta tu Gracia, publicado en el año 2016. Esta canción la traigo a propósito de la temática, ya que la primavera es una época de regocijo y de buscar el amor de Dios. En la letra es Dios mismo quien nos habla, diciéndonos que nos conoce y nos ama tal y como somos con nuestros defectos y virtudes. No hay nada más hermoso y esperanzador que sabernos amados por nuestro Señor. Tengan una feliz época primaveral, espero que les guste mi presentación.
