Have a wonderful Thursday, Vibes friends! I'm ready to participate in the eighth week of this fantastic Web3 music initiative. This edition promises a lot as a theme has been proposed, which in this case is 60s Songs.
The 60's was an era marked by various events, the most relevant being the hippie movement developed mainly in the United States, which was premised on peace and love; likewise, in this decade psychedelic music took off.
In this sense, today I bring you a song from 1967. It is "Detén la Noche" (Stop the Night), by the well-remembered Venezuelan Rock-pop band Los 007, from the album Vuelven los 007. In its lyrics we see how a heart in love asks its loved one to stop time, as if that were possible, to be able to enjoy the happiness of being together and enjoy their company. I hope you like this version on electro-acoustic guitar.
¡Tengan un maravilloso jueves, amigos de Vibes! Estoy lista para participar en la octava semana de esta fantástica iniciativa musical de la Web3. Esta edición promete mucho pues se ha propuesto una temática, que en este caso es Canciones de los 60.
Los años 60 fue una época marcada por diversos acontecimientos, siendo el más relevante el movimiento hippie desarrollo principalmente en Los Estados Unidos, que tenía como premisas la paz y el amor; del mismo modo, en esta década tomo auge la música psicodélica.
En este sentido hoy les traigo una canción del año 1967. Se trata de “Detén la Noche”, de la recordada banda de Rock-pop venezolana Los 007, perteneciente al álbum Vuelven los 007. En su letra vemos cómo un corazón enamorado pide a su ser amado que detenga el tiempo, como si eso fuera posible, para poder disfrutar de la felicidad de estar juntos y disfrutar de su compañía. Espero que les guste esta versión en guitarra electroacústica.
