With my heart pounding a mile a minute, I approached her, summoning all my courage.
-Give me ten seconds,’ I asked in a trembling voice.
In the first second, I gazed raptly at her, admiring her ravishing beauty. The second was enough for her to give me a warm smile that ignited the illusion in my soul.
The third second was enough for a burning longing to have her near me to consume me. In the fourth, I fell head over heels for her charms, falling head over heels in love.
A sigh escaped my lips during the fifth second, imagining being able to hold her in my arms. In the sixth, we shortened the distance until our breaths mingled.
The seventh second was magical as my lips stole a kiss from her maddening mouth. On the eighth, Cupid himself flecked us with his certain love.
On the ninth, she reciprocated my kiss with unbridled passion. And just as I promised, in the tenth second I could finally love her to the fullest extent of the word. The rest of our lives would be to love each other to infinity.
