Autumn love

She gazes wistfully out of the window, longing to find that special connection she longed for. At 62, she had given up hope of finding a life partner.

-I'm sorry to bother you, but I was wondering if you had some sugar I could borrow, -he said with a friendly smile.

She nods and, as he hands her the sugar, she can't help but be captivated by his kind eyes and gentlemanly demeanour. They hold each other's gaze for a moment, as if a spark ignited between them.
