Through the rain as a phrase means overcoming adversity and persevering through difficult times. We are all aware of the difficulties everyone is facing presently in the world, most especially in my country, we are in a period of difficult times, where poverty is on a steady increase, sufferings everyone, people are not able to afford to eat well, clothe themselves or even have proper shelter.

This song is a prayer of provision, praying to God to provide for His people our daily needs, praying for Him to flood us with blessings. We are here in his presence asking for him to bless us.
