HIVEBR AMA #24: Inleo, Zealy Campaign, Leoglossary (#musiconleo), FrontEnds, Reward Pool, Anime Community [ENG/PT-BR]
In this edition of HiveBR's AMA #24 we commented on the new features that were discussed at Inleo's AMA, which were: Zealy Campaign, Weighted Pools, LeoGlossary and Musicas. Then, as usual, we opened the debate to other topics and other Front Ends were presented to the community. Then we come once again to the subject of the Reward Pool. Finally, we end with an invitation that I made to anime fans to join The Anime Realm community, which recently underwent a renovation.

INLEO Update/Recap - Zealy Campaign
The Zealy Campaign started and has the participation of several Hive tribes, including HiveBR. This campaign was a way that Inleo and Hive members found to bring new people to Hive and Inleo. In addition to Inleo, Splinterlands, Holozing, POSH, WOO and also our HiveBR community are participating in this edition.
In this edition, the award is very generous with the contribution of all communities. In tokens we will have: 5000 HBD, 100k SPS, 1k POSH, 10k ZING, 10k WOO bucks. In delegations we will have 100k in Hive Power and 100k in Leo Power, remembering that they will last a month. In addition, we will have a prize in $HBR tokens, 250, "which will be distributed among the top 10% placed proportionally".
Still, just like HBR, this award won't just be for one person, it will be divided among the members of the Ranking, so you can still enter and win something. It's worth mentioning that HiveBR members are already in the top positions, congratulations to everyone in the community!
At the awards, it's one of the only moments where everyone ends up being a little communist like in the meme I shared on Threads. After all, everyone wants to win, even if it's just a little and it's only fair that their participation is rewarded. In this case, we ended up looking like a communist rabbit from the cartoon. HAHAHA
However, here's a warning: Zealy is not as simple as it seems. It works with a system of points and quests, the more quests you complete, the more points you will have and the higher you will be in the Ranking. In it you will have easy and difficult quests, ranging from sharing a link to creating an entire post. Furthermore, some quests will be about interaction with communities through participation in Podcasts, Threads and Posts, these being more laborious. In this case, the quests are more rigorous and, as a result, HiveBR created a channel where members can exchange ideas about the quests.
The reason is that for them and for the HIVE community in general, the active participation of live users tends to generate greater engagement. And with this objective, live quests that are not completed in person at the time of transmission will become more difficult over time, but will still be available to be completed later. This engagement shows the strength of Hive, a union with the aim of attracting new users to participate in the blockchain.
It looks like Zealy campaigns are here to stay and likely to continue happening in the future, with frequency and rewards depending on Campaign engagement. To participate, it's simple, just use the Zealy link below and register on the platform.
A small reminder is that due to the Zealy company, LeoVoter is voting on Threads and Posts about the campaign, which may make the vote a little lower than normal, but this is because LeoVoter is being used as an incentive to people to participate in Zealy and talk about it.
INLEO Update/Recap - Weighted POLLS
The Weighted Polls should be implemented soon, because the normal polls stopped working for a while, which indicates that they are tinkering with this. It will make it possible to link the vote to the Stake, initially from Leo Power, but later on other stakes will be added.
INLEO Update/Recap - LeoGlossary
Leo Glossary is a blockchain database for terms in general. Initially it started with financial terms at the time of Leo Finance. Basically it is an account that defines terms through posts. The idea is that people use these articles to link to their posts, creating a backlink connection within Inleo itself, just like WikiPedia does.
This initiative started with @taskmaster4450 creating a database of terms that will now be added to Inleo so that people can easily link articles with terms in posts. This change is on Inleo's roadmap and will greatly help beginners who still don't understand basic terms, because if in doubt, just click and it will be directed to a post explaining it in detail. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that Inleo's interface, similar to X, already helps a lot to generate familiarity.
INLEO Update/Recap - #musiconleo
This week what caught attention at Inleo was the tag #musiconleo, with a lot of music being shared in the threads. From what has been said, the idea is to create a music database and using thread bookmarks you can create playlists. And to add your favorite song to the database, just create a thread using the #musiconleo tag on INLEO.

@boeltermc and @xvlad from Stake Hive participated in Ama and shared with the HIVEBR community some front-ends that they are developing, the first is CrowsNight and the other is Soma-Ten. What caught the attention is that they are working to create a store based on HBD. Follow their like:

Will Reward Pool end?
This is a conversation that has been going on for a while and always ends up resurfacing in Hive communities. It's difficult for this to happen because Hive is inflationary, so every day more Hive tokens are created, but this issuance drops until it stabilizes. Every user can create and destroy hive depending on the transactions they carry out.
Even with the constant issuance of tokens, Hive has mechanisms to contain the sale of tokens such as Hive Staking with HP and token use cases such as HBD. We also have communities and front-ends that use the network and the token. It's funny that Hive has been around for a while and hasn't reached zero, even though it is inflationary, while this is one of the problems that fiat currencies face in a bad way, where they always end up printing more and more. As curiosidae during Hive account creation, tokens are burned.
The Anime Realm Community
The community The Anime Realm had a change in the art after a vote among the members and it seems to me that they are more active with contests, more members and I saw that the posts are also being curated. The community has been around for a while, but the changes are very recent and seem very good to me.
As a big fan of anime, manga and manhwa, when I saw this week that there was a contest about: "My Favorite Anime" I decided to share it with the members of the HiveBR community, because I know there are a lot of otaku here, lol . This is the community's first contest and so I'm going to leave here the link to my post about my favorite anime "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" to serve as inspiration for when I start writing for the community. Now I'm waiting to participate in more community contests and I invite the HiveBR community to participate too.

INLEO Update/Recap - Zealy Campaign
A Zealy Campaign começou e conta com a participação de diversas tribos da Hive, inclusive a HiveBR. Essa campanha foi um modo que a Inleo e os membros da Hive encontraram para trazer gente nova para a Hive e para a Inleo. Nessa edição estão participando além da Inleo, Splinterlands, Holozing, POSH, WOO e também a nossa comunidade HiveBR.
Nessa edição a premiação está bem generosa com a contribuição de todas as comunidades. Em tokens vamos ter: 5000 HBD, 100k SPS, 1k POSH, 10k ZING, 10k WOO bucks. Já em delegações vamos ter em Hive Power 100k e em Leo Power também 100k, lembrando que elas vão durar um mês. Além disso, vamos ter uma premiação em tokens $HBR, 250, "que serão distribuidos entre os 10% primeiros colocados de forma proporcional".

Na premiação, é um dos únicos momentos em que todos acabam sendo um pouco comunistas como no meme que eu compartilhei no Threads. Afinal, todos querem ganhar, nem que seja um pouco e mais do que justo a sua participação ser recompensada. Nisso acabamos ficando igual coelho comunista do desenho. HAHAHA
Entretanto, já fica o aviso: Zealy não é algo tão simples quanto parece. Ele funciona com um sistema de pontos e quests, quanto mais quests você completar mais pontos você terá e mais acima no Ranking estará. Nele você terá desde quests fáceis e difíceis, vai desde compartilhar um link até criar um post inteiro. Além disso, algumas quest vão ser sobre interação com as comunidades por meio de participação em Podcasts, Threads e Post, sendo essas mais trabalhosas. Nessa as quests estão mais rigorosas e, com isso, a HiveBR criou um canal onde os membros podem trocar ideias sobre as quests.
O motivo é que para eles e para a comunidade HIVE no geral a participação ativa dos usuários ao vivo, tende a gerar um engajamento maior. E com esse objetivo, as quests ao vivo que não forem cumpridas de forma presencial no momento da transmissão, vão ficando mais difíceis com o tempo, mas ainda ficam disponíveis para serem realizadas depois. Esse engajamento mostra a força da Hive, uma união com o objetivo de atrair novos usuários para participar da blockchain.
Parece que as campanhas Zealy vieram para ficar e provável que vão continuar acontecendo no futuro, com frequência e recompensas dependendo do engajamento da Campanha. Para participar é simples, basta entrar no link do Zealy abaixo e se cadastrar na plataforma.
Um pequeno lembrete é que por conta da companha no Zealy o LeoVoter está votando em Threads e Posts sobre a campanha, o que pode fazer o voto ficar um pouco abaixo do normal, mas é porque o LeoVoter está sendo usado como incentivo para as pessoas participarem do Zealy e falar sobre.
INLEO Update/Recap - POLLS Ponderadas
As Polls Ponderadas, devem ser implementada em breve, porque as polls normais deixaram de funcionar por um tempo, o que indica que estão mexendo nisso. Ela vai possibilitar atrelar o voto ao Stake, inicialmente de Leo Power, mas depois vão adicionando outros stake.
INLEO Update/Recap - LeoGlossary
Leo Glossary é uma base de dados na blockchain para termos em geral. Inicialmente ela começou com termos financeiros na época da Leo Finance. Basicamente é uma conta que vai definindo termos através de posts. A ideia é que as pessoas usem esses artigos para linkar nos seus posts, criando uma conexão de backlink na própria Inleo, assim como a WikiPedia faz.
Essa iniciativa começou com o @taskmaster4450 criando um banco de dados de termos que agora será adicionado à Inleo para as pessoas terem facilidade na hora de linkar os artigos com os termos nos posts. Essa mudança está no roadmap da Inleo e vai ajudar muito os iniciantes que ainda não entendem termos básicos, porque na dúvida é só clicar e ele será direcionado a um post explicando em detalhes. Além disso, vale mencionar que a própria interface da Inleo similar ao X, já ajuda bastante à gerar familiaridade.

Essa semana o que chamou atenção na Inleo foi a tag #musiconleo, tendo bastante música sendo compartilhada nas threads. Pelo que foi comentado a ideia é criar uma base de dados de musicas e usando bookmarks das threads você consegue fazer playlists. E para adicionar a sua música favorita à base de dados é só criar uma thread usando a tag #musiconleo na INLEO.

O crescimento dos brasileiros na Hive está acontecendo nesse momento, enquanto você está lendo esse post, através de campanhas como a Zealy, ou até mesmo pela ação de cada usuário. Um exemplo é a música que o @boeltermc fez recentemente para a entrada de novos membros na Hive
Reward Pool vai acabar?
Essa é uma conversa que já vem a um tempo e sempre acaba resurgindo nas comunidades da Hive. É difícil isso acontecer porque a Hive é inflacinária então todo dia mais tokens Hive são criados, mas essa emissão vai caindo até estabilizar. Todo usuário consegue criar e destruir hive dependendo das transações que realiza.
Mesmo com a constante emissão de tokens, a Hive tem mecanismos para conter a venda dos tokens como o Stake de Hive com o HP e casos de uso do token como o HBD. Também temos as comunidades e front-ends que dão utilizade a rede e para o token. É engraçado que a Hive já tem um tempo e não chegou a zero, mesmo sendo inflacionária, enquanto esse é um dos problemas que as moedas fiduciárias enfrentam de forma ruim, onde sempre acabam imprimindo cada vez mais. Como curiosidae durante a criação da conta Hive, os tokens são queimados.
Comunidade The Anime Realm
A comunidade The Anime Realm teve uma mudança na arte depois de uma votação entre os membros e me parece que estão mais ativos com contests, mais membros e vi que também está tendo até curadoria dos posts. A comunidade já tem um tempo, mas as mudanças são bem recentes e me parecem muito boas.
Como um grande fan de animes, mangas e manhwas, quando vi essa semana que estava tendo um contest sobre: "My Favorite Anime" eu resolvi compartilhar com os membros da comunidade HiveBR, porque eu sei que tem muito otaku aqui, rs. Esse é o primeiro contest da comunidade e por isso vou deixar aqui o link para o meu post sobre meu anime favorito "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" para servir de inspiração para quando começar a escrever para a comunidade. Agora fico no aguardo para participar de mais contests da comunidade e fica o convite para a comunidade HiveBR participar também.
