Hi everyone on Hive Open Mic community. It's week 158 of our concert with the Theme "**LET'S DEFEAT THE DISTANCE**" chosen the week's spotlight artist @karlex77.

I am @richardplacid. I play the Clarinet.

For this week, I shall bring a song rehearsal with my crew on an Italian composer Andrea Bocelli titled "TIME TO SAY GOODBYE".

Following the theme of distance and the focus on saying goodbye, on the fact as he sees the room dark with absent of the sun.

Leaving loved ones to a distant place would seem hard to those whom we were close to. They'll find it hard to accept it. So beating the distance would mean staying in touch at any given time and opportunity for that cordial connection.

So, hope you shall have a good time listening to this piece.

Wow this is awesome man....you play the clarinet so well, so smooth and lovely. The harmonies were so nice and the dynamics as well. I enjoyed this. Well done 👏

Finally here you are with an entry. I guess you have been very busy all the while. This is beautiful . I have never seem anyone playing the clarinet so well.

Hello dear @richardplacid, this is a beautiful work you have done with your crew. It's good to listen to you blow the clarinet in such a lovely and thrilling manner. I love your choice of song too for this week's event. This is so much in line with the theme of the week and I applaud you for such initiative.
