Updated the MUSEUM OF POSTCARD ART page! Here's what I posted there:

I have now uploaded all 175 of the original MUSEUM OF POSTCARD ART scanned postcards. I still have 37 "Honorable Mentions" cards to share, most of which were too large to fit in the arbitrarily chosen photo-books that I decided to keep the MOPA collection in. After I get all of the HM cards shared, I can start INDUCTING NEW CARDS into the official collection! (I have several shoeboxes full of cards that I need to photograph and archive!)

Interestingly (to me), the camera in my phone now takes better resolution photos than the original scans for the MOPA collection! At this point I have to decide whether I'm going to continue scanning postcards, most likely at a better resolution, OR just use my phone to take photos of new inductees... The problem with using my phone is that LIGHTING will be different for each card, which can affect the quality of the images. If I use the scanner, at least all of the images will be of equal quality and light-level.

Stuff to think about! Meanwhile, enjoy the great cards below, and I'll try to get the Honorable Mention cards shared as quickly as my lazy butt can! Thanks for stopping by!!!

Now, it's time to put the phone on the charger (now that I have music to enjoy), make the bed, fold some clothes, and (eventually) get to some ART!!!!

I've got to admit, I've had a bit of a chrisis of NO-FAITH lately... In the galactic scheme, I know I play a completely insignificant part in the cosmos, and the MEANING that I've invented to give my existence purpose has felt thin and gummy, lately. I need a new fiction to hang my hat on, so that I can respin a new web of nonsense without feeling like I'm just throwing good after bad into the void... I'll think about it while I'm folding clothes...
