Creating and Breaking
Yesterday, I was watching a documentary about Vaporwave (
It's kinda PUNK, kinda PIRATE, kinda SARCASTIC, kinda DANCEFLOOR... I'm going to dig deeper, BUT I know for an absolute fact that I would NEVER live long enough to listen to ALL of this music. I mean, I have over 30,000 songs on my jukebox laptop, which would take months to listen thru without stopping for even a second, but now there's this whole other thing out there...
TIME. Time is what we need, but does TIME even exist??? (It's a physics question...)

Meanwhile, I have still been making junk. My favorite thing to do is FILL THINGS UP. I fill up notebooks and journals and comic boxes and photo albums and MP3 CDs and harddrives and blog spaces and TRAPPER KEEPERS and cassette tapes and..... You get me? Here's some of what I've been doing over the last few days/weeks/whatever...
I've been taking 4x6 inch photo books, most of them purchased from the dollar store, and filling them with photos, stickers, adverts, zines, postcards, scribbles, scraps... It's almost like a whole BOOK of SCRAPS... Like a scrapbook, if you will!

Example:

Enjoying just taking stuff, making stuff, combining, crunching, degrading, and smooshing... ALL THINGS CAN BE SMOOSHED!

Other things happen in the real world, like concerts and anniversaries. (I tend not to go to these because I suspect that humans will be there...) Personally, I like to hang in the backyard...

Thanks for stopping by!!!
