Concert for a Cause: “Singing for Hope, Healing, and Love❤️”
Music has a special way of touching hearts and bringing people together — and that’s exactly what happened during our Concert for a Cause. That night wasn’t just about performing; it was about faith, love, and purpose. Everyone came together not just to enjoy the music, but to help, to heal, and to share hope.

Our fellow bandmate organized a Concert for a Cause, and it was one of the most unforgettable nights of my life. The concert was made to help our fellow vocalist here in the north who’s fighting stage 3 cancer, and also to raise support for the earthquake victims in our area.

The event was held at Service Box, located in Don Pedro,Bogo City. Originally, the event was supposed to happen on October 12, but because of the earthquake, it was moved to October 19 for everyone’s safety. Even though the date was changed, the excitement never faded. People were still very supportive and willing to help.
Before the concert, we sold tickets to raise funds for the cause:
🎟️ TICKET PRICES:
• General Admission – ₱150
• Pickle All Day – ₱200
• VIP 1 (Seated) – ₱500
• VIP 2 (Seated, Good for 2) – ₱800

That night, many bands from the north came together to perform. I was so happy seeing familiar faces — some of them I had already played with before, while others I just met for the first time. Everyone was friendly, supportive, and full of energy. The whole place was alive with music and good vibes.

Since our band is one of the youngest in the north, a lot of the older musicians gave us advice. They told us to stay humble, keep practicing, and never give up on our dreams. Hearing that really inspired me. It reminded me that age doesn’t matter when you’re doing something you love — what matters is passion and heart.

Our band was also one of the performers that night, and we were proud to take part, especially since the event was organized by one of our own bandmates. I started our performance with a praise song about the goodness of our Father God. While I was singing, I felt something deep inside me — like all the fear and trauma I had from the earthquake slowly disappeared. My heart felt light, and I knew that God was right there with us, keeping us safe.

As you can see in the picture, I was really feeling every word of the song. It wasn’t just a performance for me — it was worship. That moment reminded me how powerful music can be when it comes from the heart.

The most emotional part of the night was when Ate Tinay, the one we were helping, appeared live on video after all the bands finished performing. Everyone went quiet and emotional as she started to speak. She thanked all of us — the performers, organizers, and everyone who supported her. Her words were full of gratitude and hope. Some people even cried because you could truly feel her sincerity and faith despite her condition.

I will never forget that night. It wasn’t just about music — it was about love, unity, and faith. It showed how powerful it is when people come together for a purpose. Even after everything that happened, we stood strong, helped each other, and praised God through it all.
What a great night indeed.
It's a beautiful way to raised funds, like hitting two birds in one stone. Making people enjoy the music while raising funds.
That's a good initiative.
God bless ✨
Truee! That night was really one of the best. Everyone was vibing with the music and at the same time helping out for a good cause. It’s nice to see people enjoying while doing something meaningful. Like, it’s not just a concert, it’s also a way to show care and support for others. I’m so glad I got to be part of it.❤️❤️
