In the midst of hardship, troubles and hatred from different angles all around us, the way forward in making more progress is to keep moving and gaining more grounds. No matter how powerful and fast a fighter jet is, once it stops on the ground in enemy territory and is spotted, it can easily be captured and the pilots life will be greatly endangered.

If someone is working so hard to take over your position in the office, instead of coming out publicly to fight him or start keeping malice, it's best to take your time and carry out a self assessment to understand what you have been doing that made you gain favor and promotion in the first place and maximize it by trying to be even more better in as much as you're the best already and try to cut down on the level of negativity you assimilate, Whatever that sells you short.

Then keep your hopes alive, whatever happens don't stop to be the best for your family, friends, relatives and others that believe in you and most importantly try and be the best for yourself. You can do this by believing in yourself and taking good care of yourself.
As the popular saying goes “charity begins at home” how you treat yourself and carry yourself is one thing people can easily take notice of and they will take you for that. If you dress well and treat yourself good you'll gain their respect while if you dont look after yourself seriously, people will take you for nothing too and there wont be any value placed on you.

If you are a parent facing serious challenges while trying to take care of your children, Don't stop being a good parent in as much as your children seems not to appreciate your presence and the sacrifices you make to keep them going.
Just like me when I lost my girlfriend whom I intended to marry as she left with another man because things got bad for me, during that time I felt I'm finished, that my world had ended and there's nothing good else in store for me, though I had sleepless nights but over time, I started engaging myself with other things and with that I constantly try to be a better version of myself and not stop at where she left me, I started developing the mindset that she must have to see me one day doing better than she left me when I had nothing.

Stopping is not an option, I know there's a lot of my fellow whom have experienced such terrible heartbreaking moment in life and they thinking its over for them, committed suicide. Really In most cases we fail to consider that who left us didn't really care that much about our feelings in the first place, now even by committing suicide it still doesn't make any difference, only the one who chose to end it where he is left behind is the ultimate loser because she has probably gone to where she wants to be staying with whoever she desires to be with, enjoying what she desires.

I hope men who have the mind of committing suicide because they're left behind understand that our lives is more precious to be cut of suddenly for those who do not value us or care about our feelings and that suicide is not a solution to any of our problems or way to make her feel hurt.

The best revenge you can give to someone who thinks less of you and left you is to work harder and become better and keep moving higher and not stop and this is applicable to both men and women.
Continue to make progress each day in whatever you desire to be doing till you become the best of the best, the bosses boss as one of my friend used to say. Only then instead of you regretting, the regret will be for those who left you when you're nobody but even if they didn't regret their actions towards you, you still didn't lose anything valuable because your life is more valuable than anything else.
How can someone sacrifice their life for someone that don't value them? It's not wise, because there are a million people out there who care about you a lot and can kill for you, just that you probably haven't met them yet but everything requires time. There is a perfect time for everything and when we pass through one very bad experience it makes us stronger physically, emotionally and mentally.

I will never really stop, I'll keep moving like a speed train on the track to success till I get to my desired destination where I'll be grateful for the events of the past good or bad that happened, this is my driving force, till I got to my paradise. In the end, who laughs last laughs best and you and I will definitely laugh best at last.
